the <page> tag causes printing to end on the current page and a new page started.
it has no effect on the displayed document.
note: the <page> tag does not work correctly in documents which use css absolute
positioning. use the css page-break properties instead.

 <!--#f-->: will be replaced with current document filename (without path).
 <!--#d-->: will be replaced with current date.
 <!--#h-->: will be replaced with current time.
