PREFACE

A 45 days summer training program is a part of two years Master of


Business Administration program of VITAM, BERHAMPUR and every student
has to undergo internship program in any business field for the deep
understanding of management concepts. I have the privilege of receiving my
internship in DHANALAKSHMI COTTON AND RICE MILLS PVT LTD.
During summer training I have worked on the project "capital
Budgeting in DHANALAKSHMI COTTON AND RICE MILLS PVT LTD.
Being a student of management, this internship program contributed
me a lot in gaining practical knowledge about the actual business
environment. The enclosed report present the details. about Recruitment and
Selection process of DHANALAKSHMI COTTON, based on my observation &
discussion with Executives at various level and the data given to me.
Last, I would like to thank to all those who have wished for my success
in preparing this summer training Report. Any complaints and suggestions for
the improvement of my further study will be heartily accepted.

contributing my skills towards growth of organization and my skill
development. By the help of him I collected the data and other required
information for completing my project work.
