Reservation Agent: Definitely Ms. Linda, may I know your preferred dates and how long will you be
staying in our hotel?
Guest: Yes sure, I would like to make a reservation on the 21 st to 23rd of December 2025 for
two persons. My husband and I will be celebrating our 3 rd wedding anniversary and we
would love to spend it there in your hotel.

Reservation Agent: Thank you for waiting maam, upon checking, we have an available deluxe and suite

one king size bed and a mini lounge that costs 8,000 per night. Which would you prefer
