Narrative Report: State of the School Address

The State of the School Address took place this past February 27, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. The program
began with prayer through a video presentation. It was followed by the singing of a nationalistic song. The
program was opened by the opening remarks of our principal, Mrs. Jennifer A. Soner.

Achievements and Progress:

The principal provided a comprehensive update on the school's progress, covering various areas such as
academic performance, extracurricular activities and facilities.

Academic Achievements: The principal highlighted the improved performance of students in


standardized tests and external competitions. She also discussed the winners in different contest.
Status of the School Projects: Ma’am Nenita G. Guiruela discussed the different kinds of School
Projects
1. Enroll,Educate,Continue(E2C)Project. The school needs to achieve a 0 % drop-out rate for the school year
2024-2025.
2. Project HDP(Holistic Development of Pupils)Target is 100% Literacy and Numeracy for this School Year.
3. Project MGTP(Maunlad na Guro para sa Tagumpay na Pagtuturo)To develop teachers' professional advancement
and achieve professional success through seminar, workshop and graduate studies.
4.PBBLA-Para sa Batang Balagbag Lahat ay may Ambag. To encourage 100% participation of the stakeholders
for the school year 2024-2025
Total Donation: Ma’am Geraldine M. Bonsol a Grade 2 Adviser discussed the total donation
Php 568,824.25 from the month of July-December 2024. The School Fund Raising also discussed of the
treasurer of SPTA Treasurer, Mrs. Gretchen G. Ocampo.
Nutritional Status- I also discussed about Nutritional Status for this School Year. The Baseline and
the Midline of 174 feeding beneficiaries.
The principal also discussed about School MOOE.
The last part of the program is Closing Remarks by the SPTA President of San Isidro Elementary School
Mrs. Ingrid E. Averion.

Closing Remarks:

In closing, the president of SPTA Mrs. Ingrid E. Averion reiterated the importance of the partnership
between the school and the community. The school’s leadership expressed appreciation for the ongoing
support from parents, local businesses, and other stakeholders who have contributed to the school’s success.
The address ended on an encouraging note, with the principal reminding everyone that the collective effort
of the entire school community would continue to drive progress, creating an environment where all students
can thrive and achieve their potential.

The State of the School Address was an inspiring and transparent look at the school’s current status
and its aspirations for the future. It not only celebrated the school’s achievements but also provided a
roadmap for addressing challenges and fostering continued growth. The leadership’s commitment to both
academic excellence and student well-being resonated with everyone in attendance, instilling a sense of
pride and shared responsibility among the school community.
