Click OK The Create PivotTable dialog b ox closes.


The PivotTable layout is displayed on the new worksheet. The
PivotTable Field List task pane ap pears on the right side of the
screen.
C + Click and drag the Name fi eld fro m the Choose fields to add to
report pane and drop it into the Row Labels quadrant as shown
in the Figure4.17.
+ Drag the Designation field into the Column Labels quadrant.
