UTAUT Model Analysis Using MLR
UTAUT Model Analysis Using MLR
Research Model
A multiple linear regression analysis was run to measure the impact of Performance Expectancy,
Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions on Behavioral Intentions.
The regression model was statistically significant, F (4, 65) = 30.401, p < .001, with a favorable
R2 of .652. The R2 value indicates that approximately 65.2% of the variance in Behavioral Intention
can be explained by the predictors.
The regression coefficients reveal that out of the 4 model predictors: Performance Expectancy (β
= .348, p = .001) and Effort Expectancy (β = .360, p = .003) can significantly predict Behavioral
Intentions. This indicate that higher values in these constructs are associated with stronger
behavioral intentions to adopt new technologies.
However, other predictors: Facilitating Conditions showed a positive but marginally insignificant
effect (β = .147, p = .096), and Social Influence did not yield any significant impact (β = -.010, p
= .915).
