Leave and Attendance - Ground Rules
All employees are required to be regular and punctual every day at work. The employees will record their daily atten
applicable to all employees.
1. The normal office timings at Unidus Décor Pvt. Ltd. are as follows: Monday to Saturday 09.30 am to 06:30 p
2. The time for reporting to the office is 09.30 AM sharp. A grace time of 15 minutes will be allowed. An employee r

6. On a weekly off or on a holiday, if an employee is coming on duty on Specific Requirement (for full day/half day
approved and signed by the concerned person mentioning proper reason and In-Time and Out-Time.

Leave Approval Process


1 All leaves must be applied via duly filled-in leave application form well in advance.
2 One must take prior sanction for availing leave, except on medical grounds or in case of emergencies in the imme

● Leaves not informed as per rule
● Planned leave informed at last minute
● Emergency leave: all leaves are emergency leave? informing the evening before/morning or on whatsapp

All the above mentioned will be treated as chronic defaulters and will be facing disciplinary actions that may include
wages, reversal of salary increment, termination of employment.
