Q.1 Design the typical interior panel of a flat slab floor of size 6m X 6m supported by 17

the slab.
Q.2 Design a reinforced concrete combined footing for two columns located at 4.25 m 18
apart. The overall size of columns are 450 mm X 450 mm and 600 mm X 600 mm
and they are subjected to a load of 600 kN & 1000 kN respectively. The centre of
the lighter column is 0.5 m from the property line. The safe bearing capacity of the
