This Trainees Record Book (TRB) provides an updated documentation of
your achievements of competencies/tasks as agreed within the training plan. UNFORGETTABLES
It is purposely designed to:

INSTRUCTIONS ON THE USE OF THE TRAINEES RECORD BOOK
This TRB serves as a record of your training accomplishments while
undergoing training in MOIST. It is therefore important that you and your
instructor enter all necessary data accurately and legibly in ink, avoiding any First successful task completed satisfactorily:
corrections, erasures, unnecessary marks and perforations if possible. DISASSEMBLING
The SRB contains all the required competencies and their respective
tasks that you should perform to gain the necessary knowledge and skills for the
Computer Systems Servicing (CSS) NC II qualification. All you have to do is
enter the date you actually started the task required. Upon completion of the
