International Human Resource Management
What did you like most about the teaching style and facilitation?
 Best teaching is we enhance more about communication skills
and critical thinking.
 I like the part where they would involve us during discussion to
make it more interactive and at the same time interesting in
some ways.
 I like how they manage to catch our attention very well. This
just mean that they are professionals and very prepared when
it comes to teaching us new ideas and enhancing our
knowledge in some way.
 I liked how the teaching style was clear and engaging, making
complex topics easier to understand. The facilitation
encouraged interaction, creating a comfortable learning
environment where everyone could participate.
 I like the part where the speakers explain each topic very well
and the facilitators are so friendly.
 They delivered their lectures well and facilitated us with a
friendly manner.
 What I like the most during the presentation is the exchange of
information between the lecturer and the student leaders.
 The on-the-spot “oral recitations” in the middle of the
discussions. It keeps everyone from dozing off and is very
engaging.
 The discussion was lively and never boring.
 Overall, it was engaging and we really able to understand the
speaker's message and at the same time it was engaging and
fun.
 Interactive
 The explanation is very clear and approachable style created
a comfortable learning environment where everyone felt
encouraged to participate.
 I genuinely appreciate every aspect of the summit, from the
diverse teaching styles to the seamless facilitation. Without a
doubt, this is one of the most exceptional Leadership Training
Programs I have attended. The afternoon team-building
activities were not only engaging but also highly productive,
fostering both collaboration and personal growth. Moreover,
the overall atmosphere of the program was warm and
welcoming—the entire experience was without a doubt truly
enjoyable.
 I really appreciated the engaging and interactive teaching style
used during the training. The facilitators effectively

International Human Resource Management

encouraged participation, making the discussions more
meaningful and relatable. Specially Speaker no. 4, his ability
to break down complex leadership concepts into practical,
real-life applications made the sessions both insightful and
enjoyable.
 The training was fun because of the activities and discussions
 I like how the resource speakers interact with the participants
maintaining their focus, and the facilitation is great, they
handled the seminar very well.
 More on point and the sample are related to what is leadership
today.

What improvements would you suggest for future training

sessions?
 Offer actionable steps or plans to implement the suggested
improvement making it feasible and pragmatic for the team or
in organization.
 I think there's nothing to suggest because the session started
on time, the facilitators were effective during discussions, it
was interactive and overall, the training were successful.
 More engagement to the audience
 Include more hands-on activities and allow more time for
discussions to enhance engagement.
 For me I have nothing to add more – 5 responses
 To organize the arrangement of the rules of the games (as I
have nothing to say with the speakers because everyone was
really great) and to also communicate with the co-facilitators to
discuss the mechanics.
 Enough ample of time to have a thorough discussion about the
topics so that everything will be covered.
 Short Quizzes
 Ensuring every participant leaves with a concrete action plan
can help them apply leadership strategies immediately.
 Overall, I really liked the session because it was engaging,
informative, and well-structured. The facilitators effectively
delivered the topics, and the activities were meaningful and
interactive.
 The seminar is great, to be honest. Can't actually say what
needs to be improve or if there is needed to improve.
 I think in the future, only additional information that can affect
the leadership endeavor because CHANGES is INEVITABLE.

International Human Resource Management

Are there any additional topics or skills you would like us to
include in the future training?
 Probably I want to add the networking .
 How to maximize the resources despite the limited option?
 Yes, adding more practical applications and advanced
problem-solving techniques would be beneficial.
 None so far – 6 responses
 I would love you to please include how to handle/deal with
unresponsive student bodies & how to encourage students to
actively participate in activities (like seminars) given by student
leaders.
 Perhaps about how we can handle or deal with those
individuals that do not have a high level of understanding and
always has something to say. Also, what we should expect
when we are leading our way to leadership and become the
role model especially to the student body.
 How to effectively connect with people and build meaningful
connections.
 Building high performance leadership/team
 None thus far.
 I think the current topics covered everything well, and I don’t
have any additional suggestions for now.

Any additional comments or feedback?
