I Nandini Tyagi ,welcome you all to this workshop on ‘Soft Skills and Communication’ , organized by
Barclays Bank in collaboration with ITS School of Management.

Communication plays a crucial role in professional success, and today, we are privileged to learn from an
expert in this field.

Before we proceed, I would like to extend my heartfelt welcome to our esteemed dignitaries,

We are honored to have director Dr Ajay kumar , ITS School of management, PGP chairperson ,
Dr.Anusha Aggarwal mam with us today

To symbolize the beginning of this insightful session, I would like to request director sir to present a
plant sapling to our esteemed guest Mr. Varun Khanna.

Now it is privilege to introduce our esteemed guest speaker, Mr varun khanna


Mr. Varun Khanna is a Senior Trainer at Barclays Bank with over 15 years of experience in training,
consulting, and corporate learning. He holds a Postgraduate degree in HR Management and a Bachelor’s
in Education (B.Ed.), along with 10+ yrs experience of training , making him a seasoned expert in soft
skills, communication, and employability training.
Mr. Khanna has trained over 50,000 students across top institutions like Manav Rachna Group,
Ramanujan College (DU), North Cap University, and many more. In the corporate sector, he has worked
with Serco India, TeleTech india Pvt Ltd, Dish TV, and Wipro BPO, he conduct Train the Trainer (TTT)
programs for companies like American Express.
During his training assignments he has been rated the best trainer because of his excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
With his vast expertise in corporate coaching and student mentoring, we are privileged to have you here
