GROUP PROJECT CSC413 (20%)

● Students in a group of 3/4 are required to develop an Interactive Multimedia Application using
recommended Authoring Tools. The development must consist of animation and video as the main
multimedia elements.

● This project split into two parts:


i. Mini-Project I – Video (10%)
ii. Mini-Project II – Animation (10%)

● But you also could make these two mini projects into a single project (in a single project, it is consisting
animation and video). Otherwise, you can just develop separately.

THEME:

● Storyboard are Illustrations of the project in visual showing all the elements involved, linking of elements,
pages and etc. This can be done manually (paper and pencil sketch) or like a PowerPoint presentation.

Project Requirement

Students are required to prepare a main project according to your project title. The main project must follow the
guidelines as stated below:

1. Project type: Interactive Multimedia Project.


2. Project Duration: more than 5 minutes for video and 2 minutes animation (more than 7 minutes if you make a
single project).
3. Project Content: must have animation & video as the main elements.
4. Software: any Authoring Tools (Adobe Animate CC recommended for animation and Adobe Premiere for video
content).
5. Language used: Bahasa Malaysia or English.
6. An introductory scene of your video (both video and animation) that includes the project title and your name.
7. Your mark will be deducted if your video contains the watermark.

Submission:
● Save your video in project file format (prproj) and playable format (mp4).
● Save your animation project as .fla and .swf or .exe.
● Submit all the files saved (refer points above) to Google Classroom.
