1. Create a Gmail account


Please click the link to create a Gmail account if you do not already have one
This account will be used to join Google Meet sessions
Sign up to Gmail (https://www.google.com/gmail/about/#)
Please log in to your Gmail account before attempting to join the live session

2. Set up environment for Live Session


Please click on the link to install the software:

3. On the day of class, log in to your parent account at coding4youth.org


(https://www.coding4youth.org/) and then click the "ENTER LIVE SESSION"
button under the course you enrolled in.
If you're having issues, please reach out to your instructor. You can find their
information next to the "ENTER LIVE SESSION" button under your account.
If you're already logged in, navigate to your "My Courses" page and then click the
"ENTER LIVE SESSION" button under the course you enrolled in.
4. After you click "ENTER LIVE SESSION", click "Ask to join".
5. Please use the "Report Issue" button in your account to text instructor for urgent
assistance. See screenshot below:

After the first step, click on "Your Entire Screen", see screenshot below:
7. Please remember to use this email address ([email protected]) to sign in
on the day of class.

1. Tuition is non-refundable. Please verify all of your information at the


bottom of this page before submitting payment.
2. All online live session will be recorded for back office review only. If
you don't want to be recorded, you can turn off your camera during
class.
3. We offer one time free rescheduling up to 10 days before class starts,
assuming there are spots available. A rescheduling fee might apply
after that. You cannot reschedule after a class starts. The same policy
applies to switching to a different subject. Please check your
inbox/SPAM folder for enrollment confirmation and set up instructions,
once payment has been completed. You can also find this information
in your Coding4Youth account.
