Venue : Letran Calamba, Brgy. Bucal, Calamba City, Laguna Date : March 4, 2012 Sunday 5:00 a.m. REgISTRATION FEE: 1. Non refundable registration fees: Category 500m (kids) STUDENTS 200 OPEN 200 2. 3. 4. Race Day : 1. Assembly time for all is 5:00 AM at the Letran Calamba parking area. 2. The race starts at exactly 5:30 AM for 10K and 5K and 6:00AM for 3K and 500 meter dash. 3. There will be available baggage counter on site however, please be advised that the race organizers will NOT be liable for any loss and / or damage of property or any belonging. 4. Race marshals will be available for route assistance during the race. 5. Water stations will be situated along the route. 6. Ambulance / 1st Aid Station will be stationed at the race venue in case of emergency. 7. The race organizers shall not be held responsible for any unfortunate events beyond reasonable control. 8. The race organizers reserve the right to disqualify or withdraw any participants prior to or during the race. 9. The race organizers have the right to alter the rules and regulations whenever necessary without prior to the race participants to ensure the success of the race. 10. Plaques and gift packs will be given to the winners. 11. All protest related to results must be in written form and submitted to the race organizers. Verbal protests will not be honored. The participants who will protest shall pay P1,000 protest fee with sufficient evidences and witnessesat least one route Marshall and another participant. 12. Event takes place rain or shine. 13. Your race number is non-transferable. Pin it in front of your running shirt. Registration Internal Participants - thru Deans Office / Principals Office Alumni / Non-Letranites - thru the registration booth located at main lobby of Letran Calamba Forms can be downloaded thru the website: www.letran-calamba. edu.ph Age limit for the 500 m (Kids) is from 1 year to 12 years old. Age will be based on the stated birthday as per system computation, as of, funrun date. Registration Period January 16, 2012 - February 24, 2012 Payment at the Colegios Cashier (main lobby, Bartolome delas Casas Building) Or thru bank deposit: RCBC Calamba Branch Colegio de San Juan de LetranCalamba Account # 1-352-52649-1 (fax the deposit slip together with registration form at (049) 545-5474) Late registrants are not entitled to any award.
