SCRIPT FOR IN-SERVICE TRAINING

INSET 2024

I. INTRODUCTION
Goodmorning Everyone! As we gather once again to reflect on the
transformative journey we’ve undertaken together , empowering educators,
sharing insights, exchanging ideas, and empowering ourselves with the tools
needed to shape the future of learning . Over the past days, we have
witnessed the passion and dedication that each of you brings to the noble
profession of teaching. Our discussions have exceeded boundaries, blending
traditional wisdom with cutting-edge approaches, all in the recreation of
creating an enriched educational experience for our students. As we stand on
the limit of the last day, let us reflect on the valuable lessons learned, the
connections built, and the profound impact that upskilling our pedagogical
strategies can have on the lives of both educators and learners.

So, without further ado, let us go on board this final day with enthusiasm,
camaraderie, and a shared commitment to fostering a future where
education knows no bounds. May the echoes of our discussions resonate in
classrooms far and wide, as we empower the next generation with the skills,
knowledge, and passion they need to thrive.

with dignity and pride, our school principal Dr. Efren S. Consemino,
Assistant to the principal of Junior High School, Mr. Franklin F. Fabreag,
Assistant to the Principal of Elementary, Mr. John Larry B. Caruruan,
Assistant to the Principal of Learners and Support, Mr. Randy F. Tilbe,
Master Teachers, Subject coordinators, Grade level chairpersons and to my
fellow teachers.

PRELIMINARIES

II. PRELIMINARIES
To formally start the program, May I request everyone to stand as
we express our pride and patriotism through the singing of our
Philippine National Anthem and seek the guidance of the Lord
through a prayer. To be followed by DEPED QUALITY POLICY
STATEMENT.

ENERGIZER – To keep us alive all throughout this morning. Let’s call on the
MAPEH TEACHER MRS. LIEZEL P. PAPIO

MOL : To revisit the key highlights and create a recap/reflect for last week
topic. May I call in our two Master Teacher I in Elementary Mrs. Janeth B.
Manuel and Mrs. Florelyn C. Escultura.

- And here’s to continue, to address concerns and making


improvements often involves collaboration between school
administrators, teachers, parents, and students. To have an open
communication and a commitment to continuous improvement for
the successful school environment. Let us lend our ears to the man
with dignity and pride Dr. Efren S. Consemino.

- We’ve now reached the end of the first part of our program. After

feeding our brains, let us now give back to our stomachs. We will

be having a one-hour break. Have a great lunch!

TRAINNG FOR TEACHERS. I encourage you to embrace the

growth, as we collectively contribute to the ever-evolving
education. Today is not merely an end but a commencement—an
opportunity to carry forward the torch of knowledge and
innovation that has been ignited during our time together . Thank
you for being part of this transformative journey, and let us make
the last day of this seminar a celebration of our collective
dedication. In conclusion, the upskilling of teachers in
pedagogical strategies and competencies is not just an
investment in the professional development of educators; it is an
investment in the future of our children, our communities, and
our world. By embracing this commitment to continuous learning
and growth, we pave the way for a brighter and more successful
