We act as the independent safe-keeper of the deposit to alleviate risk factors for
both the buyer and the seller.
Once live, we will hold the deposit in safekeeping while all conditions precedent
are being met. Pending receipt of matching instructions from both parties, we will
release the deposit from the Escrow Account to the beneficiary.
