NSTP NARRATIVE REPORT

For my first day, I went early to the school where I was assigned so that I could attend their flag ceremony
and see how they interact with their fellow classmates. And be sure to participate in the flag ceremony they are
doing.

After the flag ceremony, I immediately accompanied the children to their classroom to get ready for their
class and when we got there, it was still dirty and many books were not arranged and they were still scattered,
even the chairs were not arranged and must put in the correct place.

That's why when I entered their classroom, I immediately saw my assigned teacher, Ma'am Annabelle Apita,
who immediately ordered me to manage the children and order to first arrange the chairs that are not in the right
shape and clean them. the scattered books and put them in the right container so that nothing is scattered and it
looks clean

I was told by my assigned teacher that he would not teach today and that I should only help the children to
manage them in cleaning. Then they would guide what they should do, so I immediately followed his instructions.
order and I am happy that they are all cooperating and working together.

I did what he ordered and I followed them so that he wouldn't be angry with me. He told me that it would be
possible for me to observe him later in the afternoon so that he could focus on teaching. Because the classroom
was clean, that's why I agreed and I would spend the whole day on my first day.

I worked hard to help the children in cleaning and arranging the things that were scattered so that this
afternoon the children could think well without any obstacles because their environment was clean and that's why
we gradually arranged the things that were scattered there.

There are a lot of books that have not been arranged and scattered, dirty floors that have not been swept
and chairs that have not been arranged, so we work together to do that and finish it at the right time so that they
can rest.

I gave them first some time to rest and later to finish what they were doing because I knew they were tired
so they first bought water and something to eat so that they could relax full now. And know that because they are
full, they have the strength to clean again.

We immediately went back to cleaning. Because after this was over, there was only a little to clean, so we
hurried it up and finished it. I can see from Ma'am Apita's smiles that she is happy because her classroom is finally
clean and she can rest properly.

That day was tiring but it was worth it because we cleaned the classroom, we cleaned for almost five hours
to make the surroundings clean. I am proud of the children who have done their duty because of our cooperation
and their listening to what they should do

It's already 1 o'clock in the afternoon, it's time for the teaching of my assigned teacher that's why I
immediately entered their classroom to see and observe Ma'am Annabelle Apita teaching the children and what she
taught to her pupils.

While I was observing to my cooperating teacher, I learned a lot that I can use in the future where teaching
children is not easy, you must understand them well and be a guide in their analysis things they should learn and
get knowledge from their teacher. I enjoyed observing what my fellow teacher was doing and I learned a lot from
her.

Based on what we have seen and observed, we must first know what a child wants, so that we can easily
teach them in the way they want. More than that, while you see a teacher who is teaching children is not being
carried away, you should adjust your voice so that they can calm themselves down and they will listen to you
carefully,

My cooperating teacher tries to focus the children's attention only on her so that the children will not be
destroyed by the various things they think around them. It is desired to teach the children carefully, the forbidden
letters that they will mention while they are reading. Just make sure that the children read the word correctly so
that if they make a mistake, they can be taught how to pronounce it correctly.

As what I have observe, the students actively participate in every activities that has given to them in
which they can coordinate with the teacher and listen to the lessons so that they can learn more.

During their time, my fellow teacher ordered me to read to them so that I would know which of the
children could not read yet so that I could teach them well. Because that's my reason why I'm in their room.

I made them read so that I could find out who couldn't read yet and I already knew someone who really
couldn't read and she was my target to teach and improve her reading skills so I chose her. I have chosen her to
teach reading so that she can learn.

I have already chosen a child that I will focus on to teach reading, so I prepared myself for the teaching
that I will do with the children. I asked for ideas on how to teach her so that she can easily interact with me and
because of that she gave me reading materials that I can use for our reading the next day.

On that day, I asked my fellow teacher for tips so that she could guide me in what I would do to the child
I had chosen and she gave me tips to use to make the child can interact what I have to teach to her.

During the whole day, I observed and learned a lot for what I will do tomorrow, teaching to my chosen
student so that I can prepare for tomorrow, hopefully I will be successful in what I will do to the child that I have
been chosen.

 REFLECTION
On the first day of my observation with my co-teacher I learned a lot, more than that I learned a lot that I can
use in the future. I don't think it's easy to teach and handle children because sometimes they are reprimanded.

I really learned a lot while watching how a teacher teaches, skills you must have to handle the children you
teach. More than that, you should increase your patience so that they will treat you well.

In my observation while my fellow teacher was busy teaching, I could see the children listening carefully and
focusing on their teacher. However, they communicate DAY 2with their teacher and because of this they learn a lot
that they should learn while their teacher is teaching them lessons.

My understanding of what should and should be done when you are teaching children has broadened and you
should also increase your patience because not all the time the attention of the children is always focused on you
so that you should focus on them and talk to them carefully. Communicate with them, that's why you will meet
them and their attention will only be on you.

Your attention must always focused on the children while you are teaching, not on other things so that you
can focus on them and teach them properly. It's more, so that what you teach them can be used in the future.
Sometimes you pay attention to the children who don't listen to you very much so that their attention is focused
only on you. Start talking to them and interact with them so that they don't break their listening to you and they
can learn a lot of lessons from you.

In the few hours that I observed and listened to their teacher, my thinking expanded on the things that a
teacher should do to teach the students well. More than that, I focused on the children who don't know how to read
yet, so that the next day I will be the one to teach them and give them ideas.

I learned that giving time and attention to students is very important because every time you discipline them,
they learn a lot, things that should not be done so that they can avoid it. And so when that bad incident happens
again, they know what they should do because they have been taught well.

In my opinion, it is not easy to teach children who do not read very well because it is difficult to communicate
with them, it is very difficult for them to develop an idea that is acceptable. Here I am and my fellow teacher who
will guide and teach them what to do improve them.

In a few hours of observing my teacher while she was teaching that she gave her wholehearted attention to
the children and it was then that teaching was her passion in life which they should do. She will do it with all her
heart and without hesitation so that the child can be properly educated.

On this day, I learned a lot, but just by observing what I did, I have many lessons that I can use so that when I
teach, I have an idea for the children's attention to always be focused and only on me, the technique that I should
do so that they will listen while Im teaching.

DAY 2
NARRATIVE
 Since I am a working student, I divide my time to go to the classroom assigned to me, although I allocate
spare time to return to the child I want to teach reading. What's more, my life is very busy, that's why I made a way
to go to school and teach the child who can't read very well so that she can become intelligent.

So when I arrived at their school, I immediately encouraged the students to go to the quadrangle because
the flag ceremony was about to be held. I guided them to their line so that they would not be separated. While the
flag ceremony was going on, I observed the children and was happy to see that they were participating in what they
were doing and they were very active as if they were adults.

After the flag ceremony, I immediately entered their classroom with the students, so I immediately went to
the student I had chosen to teach.. First I talked to my fellow teacher about the reading materials because she is
the only one who will provide so that I don't have to worry and I don't have to think about it anymore. That's why I
immediately took the student who couldn't read yet so that I could start teaching her.

That's why we went to a corner of the classroom so that I could teach the child I had chosen and make her
comfortable in her learning. I got some reading materials that I can use to teach her, first I used the BISAGA words
and then I took the TAGALOG words so thats she can practice reading and hone her reading skills

While I was teaching her, I realized that she didn't really know how to read yet, so I did my best and taught
her well. I focus only on her and I focus on teaching her. I want no one to interfere with us so that the child's
attention is focused so that she will not be destroyed by other things.

I really spent my time teaching her, even in just a few hours she should learn something from my teaching.I
really tried to teach her, with every pronunciation of words and how to pronounce a letter. As for her to learn a lot
from me and not waste the time I used for teaching.

In my few hours of teaching the child to read, I noticed that she already has some readers and little by little,
her reading skills are developing, which made me feel relieved that she will actually be able to read. Because in
their class, she is the only one who can't read very well and I really want to help her to become literate.

I really wanted the child to be able to read so I did my best so that she would not become a coward and she had
the strength to read in front of other people. I really notice from him that he hasn't read the other words very much
yet, so the ones he hasn't read yet, I go back to her so that she doesn't get stuck on the word she doesn't know
how to read yet

I think that the child is hungry, that's why I bought her food to eat so that she can read well. They say that it's
better to read when you're full, so I bought her some snacks at the canteen so that when I teach her again, she'll
feel like participating with me and making more.

That's why after she eat, I let her rest first to calm down her pain and in a few moments I started teaching her,
I imitated what ma'am does on how to teach her students. I don't want to see a child who can't read so I motivate
myself to do everything so that she can actually read

There are only a few hours left, I observed that the child is really close to being able to read and I can see in
herself that she really wants to read, maybe she doesn't want to be left behind by her classmates because almost
all of her classmates already know and she was the only one who couldn't.

REFLECTION

On this day, I have seen and experienced the work of a teacher, where it is not easy to teach children, it is
appropriate that you spend time so that they can be guided and read easily and they can learn a lot. More than
that, there are so many skills that my chosen student can do.

I have observed many abilities in the child, I have seen that she is really struggling with reading and I want
him to improve because that is one of her weaknesses and I am impressed that she can't read and that's why I will
do my best

I can see in her personality that she really wants to be able to read, and she wants to achieve that. It is not
really difficult to read if the student has been taught properly since she was a child. Maybe that's why she hasn't
been able to read yet, maybe it's because of her laziness at the time that she didn't spend time reading and
studying
 Every time she utters letters and words, she can't really pronounce them yet, but I'm here to support her
and teach what to do so that she can pronounce them correctly without making mistakes. He recites without
rushing and pronounces each word well.

In my experience, it's not easy to teach a child who can't read yet, so I did my best to improve her reading
skills. Since then, she e has something to improve and he is making it difficult for her to be able to read properly.
Good reading that can help her.

When I spent time to teach the child, I also learned a lot from her, she does everything she can to achieve
what she wants, to be able to read from the beginning. That's why I handle her so she can improve what she's
doing and work hard to get what she wants, who wants to be able to read

If I ask her to read so much, I can tell that she is really close to being able to read. He thinks about each
letter first, what it means before he pronounces it. That was one of his ideas so that she wouldn't forget it and was
very good because she has skills like that, it's rare for kids to do that

Spending time to teach her, I also learned a lot from the child, she does everything he can to achieve what
she wants, to be able to read from the beginning. That's why I handle her so she can improve what she's doing and
work hard to get what she wants, who wants to be able to read

Because I saw while she was learning to read that she made a lot of improvements every time she read. That
he will now read every letter and word properly and more than that, she will read it directly without hesitation and I
am happy with the improvements that have happened to her

I hope that she will not forget what I taught her, techniques on how to read, ideas to hone his skills and so
that if she has a classmate who does not know how to read yet, she will be able to help.
 NARRATIVE

It's already afternoon, so I thought I'd just do it all day for teaching the child, so that I don't waste time when I
leave my work. I really gave time teaching the child so that he would not immediately forget what I taught to her.

It made me work hard on what I was doing that day because I get even more excited when she pronounces
the words correctly. That's why I continue to work hard and make ways so that she doesn't forget what she's s
reading and that she can analyze it on how to read properly.

The first thing I did to the child was to write down the words that she will read so that she can analyze each
one that he will say so that she will not forget it, so when she reads it, she will know how to read it without making
mistakes. Maybe she will remember it because she has written down what she read.

One by one she wrote the words that she would read later, I practiced first and I observed if she knew how to
write and I saw that he could write the words that I gave well and I was excited to see if she could read them
properly, which no mistake.

She writes very fast and I witnessed that because of the 25 words I gave, she finished it in just 5 minutes,
that's why I hope she can read it quickly because I know that she has analyzed what she wrote, and I also know that
she can read it and pronounce it without a doubt.

That's why after she wrote, I asked her to read the words she wrote and to my surprise, yes, she was reading
it properly, first zhe analyzed each letter, how to read it and what the sound of these letters is 'or he recited.

I'm so happy because of her, what I did is that she has shaped her reading, I didn't think she had such skills,
that's why I made her read different words again and I also made her write new words to read again.

She reads every word properly, she doesn't make mistakes and I'm happy for that, even so, she's really close
to achieving her dream of being able to read and I'm proud of myself because she's close to being successful in
being able to read.

After that, we rested for a while and after a few minutes of our rest, I took ma'am Apita's other reading
materials hone her reading skills and thank you ma'am agreed to lend.

I chose new reading materials that can be used and in just a few seconds, I practiced reading and she was
able to read them properly, not like before when she stuttered while reading each word. I am thankful because her
reading skills have improved.

RECOMMENDATION

There are many of those who have also observed to m assigned teacher, so I can also recommend
her a lot. One of the things that I would like to recommend to her is that she would clean the
classroom with her students every day so that there will not be too much dust around and on the
chairs, so that the children's learning will be easier because they are comfortable because their
classroom is clean.

The next thing that I would recommend to her is that she should arrive early in the classroom so that
the children's learning time is not wasted and also so that he can spend a lot of time teaching and they
will also gain a lot of knowledge from her.

I also want to recommend to her that she should pay attention to the children who are not able to
read enough so that they do not fall behind their classmates, so that they can keep up with their
classmates in reading. Because it's hard to keep up with others when you can't read, there are times
when you can't keep up with them.

I hope that she will be able to hone the things that she should improve on herself and her teaching so
that the children she teaches, her students will be comfortable in their studies and they will get many
lessons from their teachers who I hope she will spend of time teaching the children.
