2. That both the Landlord and the Tenants agree that an amount of SIXTEEN
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED GHANA CEDIS (GH¢16,200.00) be paid as rent
advance at a monthly rate of FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY GHANA CEDIS (GH
¢450.00) per month.
5. The Tenants should keep the surroundings clean and tidy and should live in
peace with other Tenants in H/No. GA-354-0895, Adaman/Accra.
6. That in the event of damage to any fixture/fittings which before handing the keys
over is in good shape, the tenants will bear the cost.
7. That at the end of the two (3) years period the Landlord may review the monthly
rental rate.
8. Three (3) months’ NOTICE should be given on each side should there be any
ejection or desire to vacate from the said room/house.
