1. Welcome & Icebreakers
Host (Rhay):
"Good morning, everyone! Welcome to our 'Discovering the Wonders of IT' workshop. I’m [Host Name], and
we’ll be having lots of fun today! But first, let’s get to know each other a little better through an icebreaker. I’ll
call out a question, and you’ll answer with a fun fact. Ready? Here’s the first one: 'What’s your favorite tech
gadget and why?' Let’s go around the room, starting with [Participant 1]."

2. Keynote: “The Wonders of IT”
Speaker Jaydee (Facilitator Role-Play):
"Welcome to our keynote session on 'The Wonders of IT.' IT is everywhere around us. From the phones in our

short story they can tell and visualize how they’ll use images, text, and sound to tell it."

This is a tool many organizations and schools use to track information. Let me show you how to create one. First,
go to your Google Drive, click on 'New,' then choose 'Google Forms.' Now, let’s title it ‘Workshop Attendance.’"

"Now, let's add some questions. Click on 'Untitled Question' and type, 'Full Name.' Make sure it’s a required
question. Next, let’s add an email address field. Google Forms allows you to customize your forms with various
options. You can even add a thank-you message at the end. Go ahead and explore!"

"I’ve finished adding my questions. How do I send it to people?"
Facilitator (Lloyd):
"Good question! Once your form is complete, click 'Send' at the top right. You can send it via email or copy the
link. This form can be used for tracking attendance or gathering data—super helpful for events like this one!"
