Statement of Work
Milky Way pt_BR
SECTION I: Scope of Work
For each task, you will be presented with a search query and the results that are provided to Maps users.
The goals of this task are:
• Search Relevance and Search 2.0: To determine how well the results satisfy the user’s query
(result relevance)
• Search 2.0 only: To check the data accuracy (name, address, and pin location) of the results.
The information produced from these tasks will be used for evaluation purposes only.
To start the collaboration on Milky Way project, it is compulsory to read and understand the Guidelines then
pass the project certifications available in OneForma. You must be native speaker of the language you will
be working on (or at least have lived minimum 5 years in country and have a good cultural understanding)
and must reside in country for the applied locale.

SECTION II: Description of Tool and Rating Interface
You will be doing the rating work in the client’s tool: TryRating. You will receive access to this tool after you
clear Centific’s certification process.
Once in the tool, you will evaluate and rate each rating drop-down independently of the others as per the
project guidelines provided to you during the certification process. You will rate Result Relevance based on
whether the result fits the query intent, even if the result is closed or does not exist or has incorrect Name,
Address, or Pin data.
If you are rating Search Relevance you will stop here. If you are rating Search 2.0, you will continue by
rating Name Accuracy, Address Accuracy, and Pin Accuracy individually.
Please note that comments are MANDATORY and must be specific, accurate, unique, and
personally crafted. Any user caught copy-pasting comments, using same comments as other raters,
gibberish, random or one-letter or character comments, will be flagged and will be at risk for
removal and non-payment.
Additionally, it is not allowed to include AI generated comments (ChatGPT) and comments that are
gibberish or random letters and characters.
SECTION III: Research Expectation
• Research will help you understand the user’s query and intent:
• Use a search engine to investigate and understand the query intent
• Use official resources like businesses’ official websites, national postal service websites, and
government websites whenever possible
• Use your own local knowledge
• Use the information provided in the rating interface
SECTION IV: Location Requirements
You must physically reside in the country of your target locale.
The client is extremely strict about this requirement and will conduct daily IP checks to ensure this
requirement is met.
Use of tools to circumvent this requirement will result in termination from the project and non-payment.
SECTION V: Quality Requirements
The Milky Way project has very strict quality requirements and you will be required to go through multiple
entrance exams once in the client tool.
The tests will be in your target language except on the first entrance exam. Below are the series of exams
and the passing requirements:
Planet Mars (Entrance Exam 1)
Test questions: up to 20 surveys, some with multiple results; en-US based queries
Pass percentage: 80%
No of attempts to pass: 1 (additional attempt should you score 70%+ on the first attempt)
Kuiper Golden Test
Test questions: 30 questions
Questions will be specific to your locale & language
Pass percentage: 80%
No of attempts to pass: 1 (additional attempt should you score 70% on the first attempt)
Planet Uranus (Production)
You will be in regular production with mini surprise gold sets.
Mini-GTs will have 40 questions with no threshold
You are expected to take and pass the exams within a week.
SECTION VI: Payment Information
The payment is calculated based on the Estimated Rating Time of each task you’ve submitted for this
project.
• The payment is calculated per hour: $5.50
• The expected throughput for the Maps Search tasks is 20 tasks per hour (Estimated Rating Time is
3 minutes per task).
PAID ONBOARDING PROGRAM:
In order to be eligible for the paid onboarding program, you must complete ALL of the following:
• Week 0: Complete the certifications in OneForma in one week.
• Week 1: You will be taking a series of exams in TryRating. You are required to pass the exams
within a week after you are added to TryRating. 20 hours will be compensated at a rate of $6.60 per
hour for a total of $132 for Week 1.
• Week 2: You are now in Production onwards, and are expected to complete 20 hours in this week:
• The payment is also calculated per hour: $6.60 per hour
• The expected throughput is at least 20 tasks per hour (The Estimated Rating Time per task
is 3 minutes)
You must complete all weeks successfully to receive the payment for onboarding program and the
production. Normal rate of $5.50 per hour will be applied if you fail to finish the program on time.
Keep in mind that the paid program begins on the day you are added in to TryRating.
SECTION VIII: Dedication
Your dedication to the project should be minimum 10 hours/week, understood from Saturday to Friday.
Working hours are flexible and can be accommodated as you deem best, given that the 10 hours are
completed.
Note: If you want to be eligible for the paid program, in Week 2 you will need to complete 20 hours in
production. The 10-hour minimum will apply from Week 3 onward once you have completed the
Onboarding program.
SECTION IX: Communication & Contact
Milky Way Management team is divided into three different hubs/time zones. Please communicate
with our team through the following email address: [email protected].
There will be a project coordinator assigned to you that will be your main point of contact. Please keep your
lines open. There will be a mandatory Welcome Call with your project coordinator at the very beginning of
your process.
SECTION VII: Termination
If you are removed for a lack of competent performance - such as engaging in “malicious” activities
including, but not limited to, the use of fake IPs/VPNs, copying and pasting comments from other users, or
submitting AI-generated comments - as mutually agreed upon by the client and Centific (formerly known as
Pactera Edge), you will forfeit all claims to payment. Failure to comply with the requirements set forth in this
document may result in termination and removal from this project.
If you are removed from the project due to failing the exams, or low quality, you will still be paid for the work
you have completed from Kuiper Golden Test under the normal rate; this means that the First Entrance
Exam (Mars) will not be paid, but everything afterwards is paid by the number of hits submitted and
recorded in the client tool.
Note: Regarding the Onboarding Paid Program, if you are removed from the project within the first weeks,
you will forfeit all claims to the rate and incentive of the Program. However, you will still be paid for the work
you have completed from Kuiper Golden Test under the normal rate; this means that the First Entrance
Exam (Mars) will not be paid, but everything afterwards is paid by the number of hits submitted and
recorded in the client tool.
Please note that the company has the right to cancel the project at any time.
PandaDoc – Electronic Signature Platform
This Agreement will be executed by the Parties in electronic format by using the application
of PandaDoc and such electronic copy of the Agreement signed by both Parties by using PandaDoc shall
deemed to be a valid instrument and binding on and enforceable against the Party A and/or the Party B (as
the case may be). To the opportune effects, the Parties agree that although this Agreement is executed in
electronic format, (i) the place in which this Agreement shall be considered executed is the Relevant Place
and (ii) the date on which this Agreement shall be considered signed is the Commencement Date.
This Agreement is signed by PandaDoc in the Relevant Place and on the Commencement Date.
Addendum I: Additional Scope of Work
Additional task groups beyond Search 2.0 will become available during the production phase of the
program. As task groups are limited in size, it is likely that you will be expected to participate in some or all
of these additional task groups in order to reach your weekly minimum of 10 hours. Details on these
additional task groups will be given to you when they become available or when you are added to that
group. The same expectation for quality & quantity apply here as they do in Maps.
