DETAILED LESSON PLAN IN ENGLISH 2

I. OBJECTIVES

At the end of a 50-minutes lesson, the students will be able to:


a. Identify the demonstrative pronouns;
b. Apply demonstrative pronouns in a sentence;
c. Create sentences using demonstrative pronouns.

demonstrative pronoun? Demonstrative
pronouns are used to point to specific people
or things. They draw attention to the things or
person you’re referring to. There are four
demonstrative pronouns: this, that, these, and
those.

Now let us know the definition of the word


This. The word This is used to indicate
someone or something that is relatively close
or near which is singular. For example, this is
my bag. Can you give another example

Now let’s proceed, if the word This is used to


point to something or someone that is near
from us, the word That refers to some things
that are far from you. For example, That is my
