Subject :- Complaint against the negligence , cheating, dishonesty in service and unethical bills of

Rajiv Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Patna Hajipur Road, Near Malang Sthan, Ram Dayalu
Nagar, Muzaffarpur Bihar.

Dear Sir,

It is submitted that my name is TARIQUE SAYEED, and my customer id is 1831354467, I am proud

owner of MARUTI VITARA BREZZA ZDI+ with registration number BR06BU5657.

For the last 16 months, I have been struggling with problems related to the engine and engine oil of
my car due to the carelessness and crookedness of your service centre and now I am feeling
completely robbed and cheated, due to which I want to inform you step by step.

Sir, my grievance begins from dated 12th December 2022,

1. On dated 12th December 2022, I took my car for regular service at Maruti Suzuki's official
service center Rajiv Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Patna Hajipur Road, Near Malang Sthan,
Ram Dayalu Nagar, Muzaffarpur Bihar, for which I paid Rupees 19516/-
2. But after bringing the car home, I was not satisfied with the service because the engine was
making unusual noise, hence on very next day dated 13 December 2022, again I took my car
to Rajiv Automobiles Service Centre Muzaffarpur Bihar, for which again I paid Rupees
3068/- as labour charges.
3. Just two hours after the service, on the same day dated 13 December 2024, I again had to
take the car to the service centre and they again charged Rupees 6323.98/- from me as labour
charges and part charges, saying that some parts were defective.
4. Within about a month of service, my car started making unusual noise, on informing about
this to the service centre Rajeev Automobiles Muzaffarpur Bihar, they sent a mechanic, when
he opened the bonnet i shocked to find that the oil filler cap of the engine was missing which
was negligently removed by the service centre and left the oil filler point open.

5. After seeing this condition of my car, when I investigated deeply, I found that they had not
even changed the engine oil in the last service but charged the amount, apart this carelessly
forgot to put the filler cap which filled the engine of the car with dust and other harmful
inputs. Apart from this There were pieces of glasses lying in the head light and boot mat was
also misplaced, I had driven almost a 1000 KMs in this condition which could have put me
and my family's life in danger at any time. *images are attached for reference
6. In this regard, I made a written complaint on 26 January 2022 at [email protected],
the copy of that complaint is attached.
7. After this complaint, a mechanic from the service centre brought 2 bottles of engine oil and
put on a new cap on oil filler, after this he showed apologies and gave assurance that if there
is any problem with the vehicle , the service centre will provide full assistance.
8. But just after this incident a continuous problem started to arise in the engine of my car. the
driving experience was getting worst , It started making unusual noise and the engine oil
started drying and getting exhausted very quickly. I brought it to the notice of service center
but every time I found them clueless in respect of the cause of the issue. they avoided my
concern by saying that if any major problem arises, they will resolve it.
9. on dated 23 May 2023, I took my car to the service centre and complained about the same
existing issue , they serviced my car and charged Rupees 8461.66/- for it,
10. On dated 9th of July 2023 I again went to the service centre and complaint about the same
existing issue which was created by themselves only due to negligence , they kept my car
with them for about 10 days and then charged Rs. 3484/-
11. In October 2023, I took my car to Rajiv Automobiles Service Centre, then after a thorough
inspection, they told that the engine work will be done which will cost around 100000/-, for
which I agreed. , But when they came to know that the car is still under warranty, they refused
to repair and returned my car in same condition saying that there is no need of repair and
took a payment of Rupees 566/- from me.
12. On 30th of November 2023, again I had to take the car to the said service centre to fix the
same existing engine problem and paid Rupees 41,071/-. even after making the payment of
such a huge amount the issue with the engine was same.
13. On dated 12th December 2024, again I had to go to Rajeev Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. service
centre with the same one year old issue which was caused due to their negligence. I brought
it to the notice of the service center that the warranty of the car is about to expire, please
resolve the issue before the warranty get expired. i dont know what they did but charged
Rupees 8450/- from me with the assurance that if any problem arises, they will help.
14. even after all the assurance and my constant visit to service centre the issue remained the
same therefore on dated 14th March 2024, I again had to take my car to Rajeev Automobiles,
this time they kept the car with them for a few days and when I went to take it, they handed
me a bill of Rupees 96693/- saying that the car is out of warranty and they did the engine
work.
15. Sir, in one year from December 2022 to December 2023, I have paid almost Rupees 90940/-
(Ninety thousand nine hundred and forty rupees) to Rajiv Automobiles Service Centre
Muzaffarpur despite the car being under warranty and the issue was caused due to the
negligence of service centre itself.
16. By giving me false assurance and by duping me the service centre took the payment time to
time for the issue caused by them only. why should I pay such a huge amount if it was not my
fault.
17. Sir, I am a businessman, I am very much depended on my car, but due to the fraud and
negligence of your service centre Rajeev Automobiles muzaffarpur in the last 16 months, I
have lost both my time and money and have suffered loss in business also, Even now I am
commuting every day with the help of private cab, for which I am spending four to five
thousand rupees per day.
18. Maruti Suzuki is one of the most reputed automobile company of India and it is the most
trusted organization as well as the pride of India, this kind of customer service is not expected
from such a great organization. Sir, I request you to take cognizance of my complaint and
resolve my issue as soon as possible because I am not going to make any kind of payment for
this type of dishonesty and fraud to the loyal customers.
19. I am feeling completely cheated, that is why I am complaining to you with the hope of justice,
it is expected that I will get proper justice from customer handling team of Maruti Suzuki,
and I am sure that I will not have to knock the doors of the court for justice because it is
neither right for me nor For the prestige of such a prestigious institution.
20. If I have to move to court for justice then I will demand the entire recovery of the payment I
made to the service centre due to their negligence and will demand compensation also for the
mental, physical and monetary harassment I faced because of them.

Service related complaint

My Maruti Vitara Braezza has been serviced by Rajeev automobiles ,Muzaffarpur ,bihar. after service I found cut
pieces of glass in my head light, My engine oil has not been changed by Service center but they have charged me
rate of engine oil, CAP of the engine oil tank is also missing, after service I have traveled 1000 km, and this could be
life threatening for me and my family, I could not accept this type of mishandling of my Vehicle by reputed Service
center of Maruti Suzuki, I am attaching the required document and photos for proof, Kindly look after this matter
immediately and strongly, Otherwise we will share this complaint on social media plate foam also.
