 Warranty period: The full warranty period for mechanical equipment is 12
months;
 The equipment is installed, fully tested before shipment to make sure no
water leakage, parts,functional.
 For this small machine, customer is able to make installation and
commissioning, we will provide the USER MANUAL, electric control diagram.
 24 hours service, and within 48 hours to give a satisfactory answer;
 In case the equipment get failures, email communicate to solve , or live video
by online talking i.e. Skype, WhatsApp etc. (free technical support); Seller can
send technician to buyer’s side to solve in case the issues can not be solved
online(charge service)
 Long-term preferential supply of spare parts and free guidance on
replacement and maintenance;
