MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the matter is listed before this hon’ble court on 17.02.2025


and the same is pending for appearance of the accused/applicant.

2. That the accused/applicant has telephonically told to the counsel of


the accused that he is having high fever and for the same reason he
is unable to come for personal appearance in the abovesaid matter
for today only.

3. That the non-appearance of the accused is not intentional but due


to the abovesaid reason and has no intention to delay the
proceedings of the hon’ble court.

PRAYER
It is most humbly requested before this hon’ble court to exempt the
accused/applicant from personal appearance for today only i.e.
17.02.2025.

Any other order which this hon’ble court deems fit in the favor of
the accused/applicant anf in the interest of natural justice..
