multiple LOBs for Members. Implementation is currently being extended to Provider domain.
 Drove end to end technical solution for implementing an integrated service platform using Service Cloud.
 Saved project implementation cost at least by 70% by implementing a custom SSO implementation that enabled ISP
application to leverage a legacy system's existing authentication layer.
