FINAL PROJECT

Consumer journey map and Marketing Plan.

This assignment requires you to develop a comprehensive 1 year marketing plan


for a product or service in Vietnam. You may choose either your own
organisation or an organisation that you are familiar with, and gather data for analysis
to support your discussion.

Marking Scheme

Part 1 - Company profile 40%
- Competitive analysis
- Macro environment
- SWOT analysis
Part 2 - STP process 10%
- Consumer journey map 20%
Part 3 - Projected marketing 30%
recommendation & budget (4Ps)

Notice:
The report should have 15-20 double spaced typed pages in Times New Roman (12
point), excluding tables and appendices, with 2.5 cm border on all sides.
The marketing plan needs to include reference to the appropriate marketing
principles/concepts and data discussed in the plan.

Assessed group presentation:

1
Content Interpretation of the task; background knowledge; reliability of
information etc.

Analysis Quality of data, use of data, adequate analysis etc.

Argument Reasoned arguments backed up with analysis results or


theories etc.

Visual skill Visual quality of your presentation – use of material, font size,
style, number of slides etc.

Oral skill Communication – introduction, clear messages, speed, use of


language (plain vs marketing) etc.

Audience skill Presentation style, eye contact etc.

Timing Too short/over run (maximum 30 mins presentation)
