The mobile phone connection and operation

method of DAJA D2 and D3 engraving


machine
1. Open the mobile browser and scan the following QR code, the first one for Apple mobile
phones and the second one for Android mobile phones.
2. The page shown in Figure 1 will appear after the scan is successful. Click "立即下载" and you
will see the page shown in Figure 2 below. Click "下载（92.4M）" and the page shown in Figure 3
will appear. Click "下载" to download and install the software .
3. Open the installed software, you will see the option "Choose Your Machine" as shown in the
figure below, the first model is D2, the second model is D3, you can choose according to the
model you purchased. After clicking the model, you will enter the software operation page, as
shown in Figure 2.
4. At this time, the WiFi logo in the upper right corner is not lit, because the
software has not been connected to the machine.
5. The next step is to connect the software to the machine. There are two connection methods,
one is WIFI connection, and the other is hotspot connection.
First plug in the machine, when the indicator light of the machine is red, it means that the
machine has been turned on successfully.
WIFI connection:

1. Turn on the WIFI of the mobile phone and wait for the WiFi to search
automatically. When the WiFi named Voidmicro appears in the list, click Connect, and the
password is 11110000.

2. After the WIFI connection is successful, open the engraving software just downloaded again,
and the WIFI logo in the upper right corner will light up. as the picture shows. Then the
connection is complete, and then you can set the engraving content.
Hotspot connection:

1. Open the hotspot of the mobile phone, turn on the personal hotspot, and
then click "Hotspot Configuration" to enter the hotspot configuration page, change the "Network
ID" to the name to vm, the password to 11110000, and the AP band to select the 2.4GHz band (a
few mobile phones are Need to select the 5GHz band).
2. After entering the engraving software, the WiFi symbol in the upper right corner will light up

to complete the connection between the mobile phone and the machine.

6. Next, we will introduce each function and application in engraving in turn

(The green light indicates that the laser head is not turned on, so turn on the laser head before
starting to engrave, and the blue light indicates that the laser head has been turned on)
Add pictures

1. Click this button to import the picture that needs to be engraved.


2. Select the picture, a submenu bar appears below.

1) Edit
2) Print size: X and Y on the left represent the size information of the picture. Pulling the ruler left
and right will not enlarge or reduce the picture.
3) Positioning: Preview the actual range and position of the engraving, click the blank space to
cancel the preview.
4) Remove the picture
5) Edit picture: Enter the edit picture panel, the top three buttons respectively indicate
withdrawal, retract/release menu and save picture.

A. Text button :
You can add text to the original picture, click on the picture to pop up the text editing bar, enter
the text you want, and click OK.
1) Select the text, you can adjust the text to be displayed vertically or horizontally.
2) The software comes with a font, click the button to switch the font.
3) Slide the ruler to change the text size.

4) Click Finish, the edited text will take effect, and the text can no longer be modified.
B. Picture processing:
1) Edge: Click to display the outline edge of the picture.
2) Horizontal mirroring: Click to make the picture mirror left and right.
3) Vertical mirroring: Click to make the picture mirror up and down.
4) Black and white: The default image processing method, with relatively high contrast.
5) Drawing point: to give a certain gray level change during engraving, mainly used for engraving
portraits and color photos.
6) Sketch: It is similar to the drawing point.
3. Picture size: Edit and modify the value of X or Y to change the picture size.

4. Click More:
1) Graffiti: choose black or white, slide the ruler to modify the brush size.
2) Negative film: the black and white of the picture can be reversed, black to white, white to
black, and the machine engraves the black part by default.
3) To switch the brush, you must switch back to the graffiti option.
4) Eraser: can erase graffiti, mosaic and stickers.
5) Click on the map, you can select the picture to add to the engraving panel, and slide the ruler
to change the size of the map.
6) Click the rotate button to rotate the picture 90°.
7) After finishing, return to the menu and remove the picture first.

Now we try to add text


A. Add text:
Click to add text, enter "ABC" in the edit field, click OK, and select the submenu bar that appears
below the text.
B. Edit:
1) Click the edit button to modify the text.
2) The text can be displayed vertically or horizontally.
3) The software comes with fonts, which can be switched.
4) Print size: Slide the ruler to change the text size.
5) Positioning: Preview the actual engraving range and position, click the blank space to cancel
the preview.
6) Text button: You can add text to the original picture, click on the picture to pop up the text
editing bar, enter the desired text, and click OK.
7) Picture processing:
Picture size: Edit and change the value of X or Y to change the picture size.
More options: graffiti, mosaic, eraser, texture and rotation function.
8) After finishing the text editing, locate and preview the actual engraving position. After
adjusting the position, click the blank position to stop the preview
9) Next, adjust the speed and laser.
A、Speed: Adjusting the speed of engraving will affect the effect of engraving. The slower the
engraving speed, the darker the engraving color; the faster the engraving speed, the lighter the
engraving color. Different materials need to adjust different speeds, please refer to the engraving
parameter table.
B、Laser: The default setting is 100. Click the setting button in the upper right corner,
and adjust the laser idle intensity . Generally, keep it within a value of 50 to 70. Observe whether
the laser head emits laser light.

C. After adjusting, click to start printing.

D、The pause button in the lower left corner can control the start and end of engraving.
