computer is unable to do. The drivers let the computer and devices talk and
connect with each other.

The specialist that helps company’s or everyday people that can assist with
computer troubleshooting, and help resolve their issues with the computer.

Helps big corporate clients by helping their employees ensuring they have no
issues with their operating system.

4. Explain Occum’s Razor as it applies to software troubleshooting
