Login
Here you must login into the system using valid user identification & corresponding
password. From your computer’s Start menu, Taskbar or from Desktop click to initiate a web
browser like Internet Explorer , Mozilla Firefox , or Google Chrome as this
application is meant to run on the web.

When the browser opens, type web URL: http://103.4.145.242:8007/ in the address bar of the
browser & press enter, then this login window will appear.
Enter your username and password in the input fields and click on the Login button here to
Login into the system.

Select Exam
After log in you have to select an exam first. So you have to select exam name, year and type
from drop down like below figure.

User Role
User Role
After log-in, by clicking on Admin > User Role from dashboard then you will see User
Roles lists like below Figure 2.

New Role Add
Step 1: New Role Create
Click on Admin menu. Click on User Role submenu. To Create new Role, click New Role
button from previous Figure 2. After clicking on the New Role button then Role List
window will open like below.

Now fill the required fields and click on the Save button.
Click on the Cross button to cancel New Role creation.

New Role Edit
Step 2: Edit User Role
To edit role information, click on edit button from previous Figure 2. After clicking on edit
button a window will open like below Figure 4. Here you can edit your required fields
which you want to edit. After editing, you have to click on Edit button to save changes.

Click on the Cross button to cancel edit role.

To erase all information click on Reset button.

User Role Delete


Step 3: Delete User Role
To delete user role, click on Delete button from previous Figure 2. After clicking on Delete
button a dialogue box will open like below Figure 5. Click on Yes button to delete that user
role. Click on Cancel button if you don’t want to delete that user role.

User Role Configure


User Role Configure
After log-in, by clicking on Admin > User Role Configure from dashboard then you will
see a window like below Figure 6. At first select a role.

You can see a list of menu here. If you want a role to get permission of a particular menu,
click on that menu. After clicking on that manu you can see a window like below Figure 7.

Click on Select/Unselect All to select or unselect all submenu and permission at a time. Or
you can select individually to give an individual permission.After that you have to click
Submit Button to same role permission like Figure 8.

All Users
All User
After log-in, by clicking on Admin > All Users from dashboard then you will see a list of
users like below Figure 9.

User Add
Step 1: New User Create
Click on the Admin menu. Click on All user submenu. To Create a new user, click Create
New User button from the previous Figure 9. After clicking on the Create New User button
then Create New User window will open like below.

At first select the user type from the drop down. Then click on the Next button.
Now fill the required fields and click on the Next button.
Select Role and Exam from dropdown.
Click on the Back button to go back to the previous step.
Click on the Cross button to cancel New User creation.
Click on the Save button to create New User.

User Edit
Step 2: Edit User’s Information
To edit the user's information, click on the edit button from the previous Figure 9. After
clicking on the edit button a window will open like below Figure 11. Here you can edit your
required fields which you want to edit. After editing, you have to click on the Edit button to
save that change.
To erase all information click on the Reset button.

User Delete
Step 3: Delete User
To delete user’s information, click on Delete button from previous Figure 9. After clicking
on Delete button a dialogue box will open like below Figure 12. Click on Yes button to
delete that user. Click on Cancel button if you don’t want to delete that user.

Search User
Step 4: Search User
To search user by user role, click on Custom Search Panel from previous Figure 9. After
clicking on Custom Search Panel a Search area will expand like below Figure 13. Click on
select user type field. Select a user type. Click on Search button.

District Controller
After log-in, by clicking on Admin > District Controller from dashboard then you will see a
list of users like below Figure 14.

Step 1: District Controller Create
Click on Admin menu. Click on District Controller submenu. To Create district controller,
click on New District Controller Entry button from previous Figure 14. After clicking on
the New District Controller Entry button, Add New District Controller window will open
like below.

Now fill the required fields and click on the Save button.
Click on the Reset button to erase all information.
Click on the Cross button to cancel New User creation.

District Controller Edit


Step 2: Edit District Controller’s Information
To edit district controller’s information, click on edit button from previous Figure 14. After
clicking on edit button a window will open like below Figure 16. Here you can edit your
required fields which you want to edit. After editing, you have to click on Edit button to
save that changes.

To erase all information click on Reset button.


Click on the Cross button to cancel edit district controller’s information.

District Controller Delete


Step 3: Delete District Controller
To delete district controller’s information, click on Delete button from previous Figure 14.
After clicking on Delete button a dialogue box will open like below Figure 17. Click on Yes
button to delete that district controller. Click on Cancel button if you don’t want to delete
that district controller.

Mail to District Controller


Step 4: Mail to District Controller
To send mail all district controller, click on Mail To All from previous Figure 14. After
clicking on Mail To All button a mail window will open like below Figure 18.

Now fill the required fields and click on the Send button

Click on the Cross button to cancel send email.

Exam Initiate
After log-in, by clicking on Admin > Exam Initiate from dashboard then you will see a list
of users like below Figure 19.

Step 1: New Exam Initiate
Click on Admin menu. Click on Exam Initiate submenu. To initiate New Exam, click on
New Exam Initiate button from previous Figure 19. After clicking on the New Exam
Initiate button, New Exam Initiate window will open like below.

Now fill the required fields by selecting from dropdown and click on the Save button.
Click on the Reset button to erase all information.
Click on the Cross button to cancel New Exam Initiate

Exam Initiate Edit
Step 2: Edit Exam Initiate
To edit Exam Initiate information, click on edit button from previous Figure 19. After
clicking on edit button a window will open like below Figure 21. Here you can edit your
required fields which you want to edit. After editing, you have to click on Edit button to
save that changes.

To erase all information click on Reset button.

Click on the Cross button to cancel edit Exam Initiate.

Exam Initiate Delete


Step 3: Delete Exam Initiate
To delete Exam Initiate information, click on Delete button from previous Figure 19. After
clicking on Delete button a dialogue box will open like below Figure 22. Click on Yes
button to delete that Exam Initiate. Click on Cancel button if you don’t want to delete that
Exam Initiate.

Exam Routine
After log-in, by clicking on Admin > Exam Routine from dashboard then you will see a list
of routine like below Figure 23.

Create Exam Routine
Step 1: Exam Routine Create
Click on Admin menu. Click on Exam Routine submenu. To Create exam routine, click on
Create New Routine button from previous Figure. After clicking on the Create New
Routine button, Create New Routine window will open like below.

Now fill the required fields and click on the Add button.
Click on the Cancel button to cancel New Routine creation.
If you want to edit or delete an individual date routine click on Edit or Delete button of that
row.

If you want to edit or delete an individual date routine click on Edit or Delete button of that
row.
Click on the Submit button to finally submit the routine as shown in Figure 24.

Exam Routine Edit


Step 2: Edit Exam Routine
To edit exam routine, click on edit button from previous Figure 23. After clicking on edit
button a window will open like below Figure 26. Here you can edit your required fields
which you want to edit. After editing, you have to click on Submit button to save that
changes.

At first click on Edit button of a exam date. Make changes. Click on Add button.
Click on the Cancel button to cancel New Routine edit.
If you want to delete a individual date routine click on Delete button of that row.
Click on the Submit button to finally submit the routine.

Step 3: Delete Exam Routine
To delete exam routine, click on Delete button from previous Figure 23. After clicking on
Delete button a dialogue box will open like below Figure 27. Click on Yes button to delete
that exam routine. Click on Cancel button if you don’t want to delete that exam routine.

Exam Routine Clone


Step 4: Clone Exam Routine
To duplicate exam routine, click on Clone button from previous Figure 23. After clicking on
Delete button a dialogue box will open like below Figure. Click on Yes button to clone that
exam routine. Click on Cancel button if you don’t want to clone that exam routine.

Step 3: Publish Exam Routine
To publish exam routine, click on Publish Routine button from previous Figure. After
clicking on Publish Routine button a dialogue box will open like below Figure. Click on
Yes button to publish that exam routine. Click on Cancel button if you don’t want to publish
that exam routine.

Exam Routine Search


Step 3: Search Exam Routine
To search Exam Routine by exam name and year, click on Custom Search Panel from
previous Figure. After clicking on Custom Search Panel a Search area will expand like
below Figure. Select exam name and year from dropdown. Click on Search button.

After log-in, by clicking on Admin > Student List from dashboard then you will see a list of
list of student like below Figure 9.

Step 1: View Student List
To view Student List, click on Admin menu. Then click on Student List submenu. Here is
detailed student list like below Figure.

To view details of a student click on Info button of Details column. By clicking on Info
button details information of a student will appear like below Figure.

Search in Student list


Step 3: Search Student
To search Student by college code, Center, Subject and Paper, click on Custom Search
Panel from previous Figure. After clicking on Custom Search Panel a Search area will
expand like below Figure. Select college code, Center, Subject and Paper from dropdown.
Click on Search button.

After log-in, by clicking on Admin > Registration List from dashboard then you will see a
list of list of registered student like below Figure 9.

To search register student by different search criteria click on Custom Search Panel from
previous Figure. After clicking on Custom Search Panel a Search area will expand like
below Figure. Select search criteria from dropdown by which you want to search. Click on
Search button.

After log-in, by clicking on Admin > Final Examinee List from dashboard then you will see
a list of list of final examinee like below Figure 9.

To search Final Examinee by different search criteria, click on Custom Search Panel from
previous Figure. After clicking on Custom Search Panel a Search area will expand like
below Figure. Select search criteria from dropdown by which you want to search. Click on

Attendance List (Raw)


After log-in, by clicking on Admin > Attendance List (Raw) from dashboard then you will
see a list of list of attendance like below Figure 9.

Step 3: Download Student Attendance
To download student attendance list, click on Download Student Attendance from previous
Figure. After clicking on Download Student Attendance a pdf file of attendance list will
download.

To search Student Attendance by different search criteria, click on Custom Search Panel
from previous Figure. After clicking on Custom Search Panel a Search area will expand
like below Figure. Select search criteria from dropdown by which you want to search. Click
on Search button.

Step 1: New District Add

Click on Admin menu. Click on Menus submenu. To add new Menu, click on Create New
Menu button from previous Figure. After clicking on the Create New Menu button Create
New Menu window will open like below.
Now fill the required fields and click on the Submit button.

Click on the Cross button to cancel New Menu Add.


Click on the Reset button to erase all information.

Step 1: Divider Add to Submenu
Click on Admin menu. Click on Submenus submenu. To add new divider to Submenu, click
on Add a Divider button from previous Figure. After clicking on the Add a Divider button
Create New Divider window will open like below.

Now fill the required fields and click on the Submit button.

Click on the Cross button to cancel New Divider Add.


Click on the Reset button to erase all information.

To search Submenu by search criteria, click on Custom Search Panel from previous Figure.
After clicking on Custom Search Panel a Search area will expand like below Figure. Select
search criteria from dropdown by which you want to search. Click on Search button.

After log-in, by clicking on Admin > Rescrutiner List from dashboard then you will see a
list of list of rescrutiner like below Figure 9.

Rescrutiner Add
Step 1: Rescrutiner Add
Click on Admin menu. Click on Rescrutiner List submenu. To add new Rescrutiner, click
on Create Rescrutiner button from previous Figure. After clicking on the Create
Rescrutiner button Create New Rescrutiner window will open like below.

Now fill the required fields and click on the Save button.

Click on the Cross button to cancel New Rescrutiner Add.

Click on the Reset button to erase all information.

Information.To erase all information click on Reset button.

button a dialogue box will open like below Figure. Click on Yes button to delete that
