The purpose of this document is for SAP SuccessFactors customers, partners, and employees
to easily access the updated Administration (Admin) training documentation and SAP
SuccessFactors Expert (SFX) exams in the SAP SuccessFactors Administration Learning Center
(SFALC).

Refer to this section to review important notes regarding this guide.

• The training materials are updated twice a year, approximately four weeks following each production release.

• Prior to downloading the guides, access to the SAP SuccessFactors Customer Corner and SAP SuccessFactors
Administrator Learning Center (SFALC) using an S-user is required.
• NEW: The job aid standalone assets were retired on July 31, 2024. The administration job aids are published
within the administration course. Please refer to the administration course of the same code & title to reference
the simulations moving forward. In addition to the links below, you may use the Learning Hub Catalog Excel to

Follow the steps below to access SFALC.
If you have not logged into the SAP SuccessFactors content within the SAP Community recently, you will need to
follow these steps first: Important SAP SuccessFactors Customer Login Instructions.

1. Log in to the SAP SuccessFactors Customer Corner.

2. Access the SAP SuccessFactors Administrator Learning Center (SFALC) via the “Click Here to Access
SFALC” link on the top right of the page.

3. Select the appropriate “Start Course” link below from the product guide row you wish to view/download
to be directed to the course landing page.
4. Once on the course landing page, click the “Start Course” link.
5. Click the link to access the product-specific guide you wish to view/download.
6. View and download the guides using the instructions on the last page.
