S1: Hi, have you ever made a reservation at a hotel?


S2: Yes, I did once. I called and asked for a room.
S1: Did they ask for your name?
S2: Yeah, they did. They wanted to know when I was coming.

S2: Yes! They gave me a keycard at the reception.
