I am writing this letter of recommendation for Rukshana Aktar Happy for admission to the Master of
Research program. I have had the privilege of serving as her professor during her academic tenure at
Government Titumir College, affiliated with the University of Dhaka, where she completed her Bachelor of
Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the Department of Finance
and Banking.
Rukshana was a dedicated, sincere, and hardworking student who consistently demonstrated a strong work
ethic and intellectual curiosity. Her academic performance throughout her studies was exemplary, and she
showed a great ability to understand complex business and finance concepts. Her critical thinking and ability
