Public Company LTD (Bank) at Thomas Cook, please follow the below procedure:

1) In case no solution is provided based on the above link, please follow the
procedure below:
 Print the form “Cardholder Dispute Letter” by clicking here.

 Complete all required information.

 Enclose copy of the airline ticket (mandatory)

 Submit all the documents with one of the following ways:

A. Through electronic mail (e-mail) at: [email protected]


B. By handing them to any Bank’s Branch.

For the documents sent through email, the Bank will acknowledge customer receipt of
the claim via automatic email reply.
