1. Process timings
1.1 Manufacturing of parts
The planned materials and method for manufacture of the components
for the Bicycle is shown according to the excel file timings ‘Bicycle BoM’.
Machining operations and estimated. Bought in parts stated as such in
the table, order quantities are not specified.
Timings include loading and unloading from machines into pallets or bins
of parts. Pallet sizes are not yet established.
A schematic of the fully assembled bicycle is shown in figure 1 Below for
reference.
