1⃣ IF with AND countifs 2
Task: Identify employees who meet both conditions: minifs 6500
Sales are above their target maxifs 4,2
Customer Ratings are 4.5 or higher averageifs 8000
2⃣ Absolute & Relative Reference
Task: Apply a bonus calculation formula in column H where: vlookup
If sales exceed the target, the bonus is 10% of sales
If not, no bonus
Use absolute reference for the percentage
(Assuming H1 contains 0.1 for 10% bonus and needs to be fixed as
absolute reference).
3⃣ SUMIFS
Task: Calculate the total sales for employees in the Sales department with
experience greater than 4 years.
4⃣ COUNTIFS
Task: Count how many employees in IT have experience of at least 5
years and sales above 5000.
5⃣ MINIFS & MAXIFS
Task 1: Find the minimum sales made by an employee in the Sales
department.
Task 2: Find the maximum customer rating for an employee in HR.
6⃣ AVERAGEIFS
Task: Find the average sales for employees who have experience greater
than 5 years and customer ratings above 4.0.
7⃣ Sorting
Task: Sort employees by Monthly Sales (D column) in descending order.
8⃣ Filtering
Task: Filter employees in the Sales department who have a customer
rating above 4.5.
Click Data → Create a Filter
Click Filter icon on "Department" → Select only "Sales"
Click Filter icon on "Customer Ratings" → Set condition "Greater than 4.5"
9⃣ VLOOKUP
Task: Find the experience of "Diana" using VLOOKUP.
(Find "Diana" in column A, and return the value from column 3,
which is Experience).

Task: Find the target sales for "HR" using HLOOKUP.

1. IF Formula (2 Tasks)
Add a new column labeled "High Sales". Use an IF formula to check if the Units Sold is greater
than 30. If true, return "Yes"; otherwise, return "No".
Add another column labeled "Bonus Eligibility". Use an IF formula to check if the Revenue is
greater than $20,000. If true, return "Eligible"; otherwise, return "Not Eligible".
2. Absolute and Relative Reference (1 Task)
Multiply each salesperson's revenue by a commission rate of 10% (assume the commission rate
is stored in cell I1). Use absolute references for the commission rate.
3. SUMIF Formula (2 Tasks)
Use a SUMIF formula to calculate the total revenue for the North region.
Use a SUMIF formula to calculate the total revenue generated by Phones.
4. COUNTIF Formula (2 Tasks)
Use a COUNTIF formula to count how many sales were made in the February month.
Use a COUNTIF formula to count the number of sales where Units Sold are greater than 30.
5. MINIF Formula (1 Task)
Find the minimum revenue for the East region using the MINIFS formula.
6. MAXIF Formula (1 Task)
Find the maximum units sold for the Tablet product using the MAXIFS formula.
7. AVERAGEIF Formula (2 Tasks)
Use an AVERAGEIF formula to calculate the average revenue for sales in the South region.
Use an AVERAGEIF formula to find the average units sold for the Laptop product.
