[They meet at a dead end but with both
Cosette and Valjean over a barrier/wall,
leaving the scene]
[Cosette and Marius' eyes lock into one

Javert :
"Valjean!" Pause

[Javert again walks away onto another spot in [Thenardier pulls Eponine to the side]
the area, most probable for it to be the edge of
the stage]
Thenardier :
"Eponine what are you doing here? You know
Javert :

[The Thenardiers spot Valjean and hides
behind a wall]
[Pause and Javert slowly starts to walk away
from the stage]
Madame Thenardier :
"That man's face, I can't forget.." [Shocked]
Javert :
"Those who fall into wrong must pay.. the
price." Thenardier :
"He's the bastard that borrowed Colette."
[Next scene napud]

Madame Thenardier :
[Marius gets onto the stage with Eponine "Cosette."

Eponine :
"Here comes Javert!" [Yells] We were children together

[Valjean hears Eponine and tries to walk
away from the scene, getting almost too close
[Marius approaches Eponine and she instantly

[The revolutionaries gather in the middle of
the city, the guards later arrive]

[Marius and Enjolras aim their guns at the
guards from high up]
[Sound of running, yelling and more gunshots
are heard]
Guard :
"Charge!" ---
[Pull up the blinds]
All pause [Scene shows revolutionaries preparing
chairs, tables and other things to be used as a
barricade]
[A loud gunshot is heard and a female civilian
is shot]
Enjolras :
"I need a volunteer, someone who can find
[Inaudible yelling/panic]
out their plan and when they will attack!"
[Yelling]

Random person :
"They did this to an innocent woman!" Javert :
[yelling]
[Wearing a disguise to blend in with the
group]

[More gunshots, revolutionaries begin "I can find out the truth, I know their ways."

Random guy : "Listen my friends, I have done as I said.
"See the people unite!" [Pats Javert's I have been to their lines, I have counted each

Enjolras : [Enjolras puts his gun away and the others

[The revolutionaries climb up the barricade,
waving flags and holding their guns] "Have faith, if you know what their
movements are we'll spoil their game."

"I have overheard their plans, there will be no

[Silence]

[Javert walks back to the barricade and the

[All pause and rush outside the tavern]

[loud gunshots and screaming, chaos]

"They're getting over the barricade!"

Random guy :

"Oh Christ."
"Get back!"

[Eponine is sitting down at the side, clutching

[Marius picks up a barrel filled with her chest, panting]

[Gunshots]

[Valjean gets closer and slices the ropes in [Javert puts his hand around his neck]

[Shaking his head]
"We're the only barricade left."

Marius :
"What?"
Valjean :
Enjolras : [Gavroche goes from under the barricade and
stays in front]
"We're the only one's left."
Enjolras :
Gavroch :
"We are abandoned by those who live in fear,
let us not waste lives." And little people know
When little people fight
Pause We may look easy pickings but we got some
bite!

Random guy :
"Gavroche!" [whisper]
[The revolutionaries look at each other]

[A guard fires, missing Gavrochup

[Guy tries to get near Gavroche but is pulled
back by fellow revolutionaries]

[The revolutionaries get up the barricade and

prepare their guns]
[Gavroche is shot, flinching]

Gavroche :
"So you better run for cover, when the pup
grows up!" [Yells, blocking]
[More screaming, gunshots, cannons firing]

[Gavroche is shot again, and lays flat on the

[Other revolutionaries begin to take cover
ground. The guy runs and picks him up,
after many of them are wounded and Marius
carrying him back into the barricade]

Guard :

to the side, hiding and getting off stage.]

guards, each one of them getting killed except
for Enjolras.]
Random guy :
"Make them pay for every man."
[Enjolras raises up a red cloth, accepting
death]
Enjolras :
"Let all those rise, to take their place until the [the guards leave the scene]
earth is free!"

[Silence, Javert arrives to the scene where

[Inaudible screaming. Valjean carries revolutionaries are placed lying on the
