AIRTEL DISTRIBUTION PARTNER AGREEMENT

This AGREEMENT is entered in between Airtel Tanzania PLC, a company incorporated under the laws of
Tanzania, bearing Company Registration number 41291 and having its registered office at Airtel House,
Corner of Ali Hassan Mwinyi and Kawawa Roads, Kinondoni Block 41, Morocco Area, and of P.O. Box 9623
Dar es Salaam and Dar es Salaam;(hereinafter referred to as "Company"; and or "Airtel", on the one part,

(herein after referred to as "Sales Channel Partner") on the other part, for the performance of services as of
SSO, effective 01-03-2025 and the Sales Channel Partner has agreed to the following terms and conditions in
writing at the time of registration.

1.Mimi ni wakala/msajili laini halali wa Airtel, niliyesajiliwa kwa ajili ya kutoa huduma za kuuza vocha
na kusajili laini za simu.
2. Na kwa mamlaka niliyopewa na Airtel Tanzania Plc nitafanya kazi kama wakala wa Airtel (kuuza
vocha na kusajili laini za simu) katika Mkoa wa(Region)2. Na kwa mamlaka niliyopewa na Airtel
Tanzania Plc nitafanya kazi kama wakala wa Airtel (kuuza vocha na kusajili laini za simu) katika Mkoa
wa(Region)
3. Ninaahidi kufanya kazi ya kuuza na kusajili laini za simu kwa kuzingatia vigezo na masharti yaliyo
ambatanishwa na mkataba huu.
4. Nitapokea malipo ya kamisheni (commission) ya usajili moja kwa moja kutoka Airtel Tanzania Plc
kupitia namba yangu ya simu ya mkononi tajwa hapo juu.
5. Ninaahidi kutumia haki ya usajili wa laini kwa madhumuni halali tu na kumfidia Airtel Tanzania Plc
dhidi ya gharama, matumizi, vitendo, madai na uharibifu wa aina yoyote utakaotokana na utumiaji
mbaya wa haki hizo au namba ya simu tajwa hapo juu.
6. Ninaelewa kwamba nikibainika kuwa na makosa ya kutumia vibaya haki za usajili nitawajibika kulipa
faini kwa mujibu wa sheria za usajili wa simu kwa kila laini iliyosajiliwa bila kufuata kanuni za usajili
na kwamba haki za usajili zitasitishwa.
7. Nitafanya kazi kama wakala huru na mkataba huu haumaanishi uwepo wa mahusino ya mwajiri na
mwajiriwa baina yangu na Airtel Tanzania Plc
