iii. That, if at the time of registration, during or after the course of your
studies, it is discovered that the information you provided is
insufficient, incorrect, false or intentionally misquoted or altered, you
will be asked to withdraw/forfeit the certificate as the case may be.
iv. That, if you are provided with an accommodation on the campus, you
will undertake to be of good and sound character and abide by the
rules and regulations of the college.
v. That, you are required to submit a medical certificate of fitness
signed and stamped by a medical doctor from a recognized
government or registered private hospital.
vi. That, accommodation will be available on the payment of appropriate
fees on the basis of “first come first serve”.
vii. That, your admission number shall be given to you after screening
and payment of approved registration fees, please quote the
admission number in any correspondences with the college.
viii. That registration fees are non-refundable
ix. That, you will only be indexed for your National Examination if you
meet the requirements stipulated by the Professional Regulatory
body of your course of study.
