Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate
should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Python to analyse, interpret, and visualize
data. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyse data to generate insights.

• Work with large datasets using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).

• Utilize Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, etc.) for data manipulation and visualization.

• Assist in building reports and dashboards to support business decisions.

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to drive business improvements.

• Work closely with different teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical
solutions.

• Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, etc.).

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, etc.).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of data visualization techniques.

• Ability to interpret data and present findings in a structured manner.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SQL for database queries.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Exposure to machine learning or statistical analysis (optional).
