AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is made and executed this ___ day of


_______________ 2022, by and between:

CHRISTINA S. DABU, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Hermosa, Bataan,


(hereinafter collectively referred to as the “SELLER/S”);

- and -

DINIA C. RUEDAS, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident oft Cuayan,
Angeles, Pampanga (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “BUYER/S”);

WITNESSETH T H A T:

1. The PARTIES entered into a MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT on


February 22, 2024, identified as Doc No. 390; Page No. 32; Book III; Series
of 2024 in the Notarial Registry of Atty. Shaira Z. Garcia, copy of which is
attached hereto and made part of this AMENDMENT as Annex “A”;

2. The PARTIES agree to amend the Memorandum of Agreement signed by


both Seller and Buyer as mentioned above;

3. Now therefore, for mutual consideration, Paragraph “E” of the said existing
Memorandum of Agreement is hereby amended and shall now read as
follows:

“The seller shall deal with the bank terms and conditions in case the buyer
shall exhaust the limit of the bank terms and conditions (such as possible
foreclosure), the BUYER shall inform the SELLER if he/she wants to save
the property and deal accordingly.”

4. Be it known that the undersigned parties, for good consideration, agree to


make the changes and/or additions. This amendment shall be valid as if part
of the original Memorandum of Agreement.

5. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain the same. This
Amendment shall go into effect on the date of the undersigned parties.
