INSTRUCTIONS TO THE STUDENTS APPEARING FOR THE END SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS

Forenoon Session : 10:00 AM - 01:00 PM


Timings for Examinations
Afternoon Session : 01:00 PM - 04:00 PM
1. The Candidates should Bring HALL TICKET and IDENTITY CARD without Fail.
2. If the Candidates fail to bring the Hall Ticket, approach the Chief Superintendent and Controller of Examinations for getting the duplicate hall
ticket after the payment of prescribed fees.
3. The Candidates shall verify the Examination Hall Number from the display board before entering the Examination Hall. If your number is
missing, contact the Chief Superintendent immediately.
4. No Candidate should be late to the Examination. They are expected to be present in the Examination Hall at least half an hour before the
commencement of Examination. Students who are late to the Examination do not get extra time.
5. DO NOT WRITE REGISTER NUMBER OR NAME INSIDE THE ANSWER BOOK / ADDITIONAL BOOK / GRAPH SHEET.
6. On receiving the Answer Booklet, write the Register Number, Subject Code, Subject Title and Date of the Examination along with the Session.
7. DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING ON THE QUESTION PAPER OTHER THAN YOUR REGISTER NUMBER. THE CANDIDATES
WRITING ANY HINT OR NOTE IN THE QUESTION PAPER SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS MALPRACTICE.
8. DO NOT BORROW ANY ARTICLES INSIDE THE EXAMINATION HALL.
9. Severe disciplinary actions apply for misconduct, cheating, possession of unauthorized materials, improper use of materials, unauthorised
removal of materials from examination rooms or ignoring the instructions given by the Supervisors.

Students are not allowed to bring Mobile Phones / Programmable Calculators or Any Other Electronic Gadgets
to the Examination Hall. If found it will be Seized.
