About the Role: SDET

The Team:

This position is for a hands-on SDETs who can develop automation solutions for
CPM/KYC applications within can Regulatory and Compliance vertical in S&P Market
Intelligence.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong technical candidate with a numerate
degree, or equivalent, to work on one of the most dynamic buy side and sell side
systems which are undergoing rapid & exciting change under current regulatory
environment.

Responsibilities and Impact:


 Develop, maintain and execute automated test scripts using industry standard tools
and framework for functional, regression testing
 Perform manual tests including exploratory, regression, and ad-hoc testing, to
validate system functionality and identify defects to support software deliveries.
 Develop and maintain robust automation test frameworks and test suites while
continuously enhancing existing frameworks to improve test efficiency, reliability
and maintainability
 Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration and delivery pipelines, as
an essential and efficient part of the software development process.
 Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices
 Design and develop automated test frameworks and test cases for our Gen AI
applications.
 Collaborate with the development and QA teams to identify and address testing
needs.
 Implement and maintain continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to
ensure efficient testing processes.
 Conduct performance and load testing to ensure application scalability and reliability.
 Debug and troubleshoot issues related to test automation and application
performance.
 Ensure the security and data integrity of the Gen AI application through rigorous
testing.
 Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to test
automation and quality assurance.
 Share knowledge and documentation with the development and QA teams to
promote best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:


 A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a
related field.
 Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (OOPS/Design
Patterns), Data Structures and Algorithms
 Strong programming skills in languages such as Java or C#
 Knowledge on relational databases
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 Individual contributor as well as a Team player
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
 Internship or project experience in software development or testing.
 Knowledge of automation tools like UFT, Selenium or Playwright
 Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git, bitbucket
 Familiarity with testing frameworks like TestNg, Cucumber etc
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Ability to learn and adapt quickly
 Self-starter with a can-do attitude

About the Role: Technical Operations

The Team:
 In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing technical support to our
clients, ensuring smooth operation and resolution of any issues that arise, while
also leveraging your skills as a Cloud Engineer. The ideal candidate will have
experience with AWS, Terraform, Python, and/or Linux administration, possess
strong problem-solving abilities, and have a passion for helping our internal
developer teams by providing an exceptional developer experience.

Responsibilities and Impact:


 Provide technical support to our clients, ensuring smooth operation and
resolution of any issues that arise.
 Manage and troubleshoot issues reported by clients.
 Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in
ServiceNow - mySolutions ticketing system daily.
 Resolve issues in creative and effective ways.
 Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to
enhance the Developer Experience with our applications such as
automating our manual in take process and current BAU work
efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:


Basic Required Qualifications:
 A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a
related field.
 Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (OOPS/Design
Patterns), Data Structures and Algorithms
 Basic Linux experience for server-side troubleshooting and
maintenance.
 Strong programming skills in languages such as Java or C#
 Knowledge on relational databases
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 Individual contributor as well as a Team player
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
 Implement and monitor system checks for early detection of potential
problems and raise the appropriate service outage ticket to initiate the incident
management process when needed.
 Participate in disaster recovery processes for all products.
 Coordinate with product and delivery teams to ensure the App Support team
is ready for new releases and engaged in early design of new enhancements
 Work on initiatives and continuous improvement process around proactive
application health monitoring, reporting, and technical support. Knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git, bitbucket
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Ability to learn and adapt quickly
 Self-starter with a can-do attitude
