Key Terms:
1. As discussed during the e-commerce website project walkthrough, please note that
the high-level overview covered only 5-10% of the actual project scope and
requirements.
2. Please ensure that the code and design for this project are not reused for any
other client. If necessary, I am open to signing an NDA. If an NDA is already part
of your existing professional agreement& approach, that will be acceptable.
3. The walkthrough provided was a simplified version. The actual project will
involve multiple frames, analogies, permutations & combinations, top-tier UI/UX,
and complex scenarios. Once work commences, no claims regarding scope changes or
resource constraints will be entertained. I recommend that you thoroughly evaluate
and quantify the workload before finalizing the agreement. Post-agreement, no
reasons will be considered acceptable.
4. The first website, including testing, is expected to be delivered within 3
weeks, i.e., by 10-12th March 2025. Please provide realistic timelines, factoring
in the festive season or any personal/family holidays, to ensure deadlines are met.
A slight delay is acceptable, but it should not majorly exceed the agreed
timeframe.
5. Regular touchpoint calls, scheduled 2-3 times a week, are essential to monitor
progress and reduce rework. I will provide clear requirements to the best of my
ability, but these calls are crucial for smooth execution.
6. As agreed, the service contract post handover of project will include Min 8 -12
months of bug-free service, software updates, and API updates (where applicable)
for each website, starting from the date of handover after testing. Any additional
changes will be subject to charges, with prior discussion and approval required.
7. I expect 99.9% of the website functionality to be managed through the Admin
Panel(Dynamic & Robust management not at all dependable on developer), with clear
explanations provided at each stage of the development process.
8. The current Figma prototype covers approximately 20-30% of the design. The
remaining details will be shared to minimize redesign efforts. UI designers will be
thoroughly briefed on the required features and design specifications.
9. It is vital to maintain a lightweight website loading framework to accept major
traffic with fully SEO-compliant model.
10. Of the two planned websites, one will have an international presence with
transactions, requiring two payment gateways. Index keys will be provided
accordingly. The fashion website will initially cater only to the Indian market.
11. Rework will be avoided unless the expectations outlined earlier are not met.
Adherence to quality standards is a must, and no fake assurances will be accepted.
There will be no compromise on quality or design in all aspect rations.
12. All third-party plugins, including DLT API, Logistics, and Payment Gateway,
will be provided during the development process. Please note that the payment
gateway in India is integrated after the website is live for 3-5 days, and the
project is considered incomplete, untested, or not handed over until the payment
gateway is indexed to the website.
13. Any points not explicitly mentioned should not be considered out of scope, as
it is impossible to include every detail in the project documents, terms, or
initial synopsis.
14. At any given point of time if the expectations are not met and the progress is
not seen, the project stand cancelled with prior intimation to you and the amount
will not be released to you through freelancer or any payment podium we shall work.

Note:
This project requires extensive brainstorming, open discussions, and a strong
commitment to delivering results. A purely commercial approach will not be
effective for this project.
Key Expectations For next Websites:
1. Work on the additional websites will begin one week after stabilizing and
preliminary testing the first website for traffic load and potential bugs.
2. Reuse 70-80%+ of the features from the first website.(any changes applicable on
other websites based on the product category will be explained before hand)
3. Develop a new homepage design, color pallets, integrate third-party APIs, and
set up the new payment gateway.
4. Conduct testing and provide code handover via freelancer/or any podium we shall
work, along with a checklist (to be provided) for each website.
Payment Model:
Project will be awarded & 20% payment will be given after 80% of the work is
completed for first website(i.e. 100% of the website without connecting Logistics
and Payment gateway), rest 80% will be released once website is completed {post all
API's are integrated and manually tested (E.g. with connecting Logistics, Payment
gateway,DLT & other API's connected as applicable} & for 2nd website will be given
post completion, testing of Logistics & Payment gateway & other API's where
applicable and hand over of codes by followed same required procedure as first one.
Project Costing:
As discussed over call First Project costing will be 35K and 2nd Project @
10K(Customization might not be same as first one but features almost shall be the
same any changes on 2nd will be informed before to avoid rework)
Note: The price which you have asked for developing two website has not been
negotiated & will be awarded as requested, so we expect you & your team to be loyal
enough to ensue that you all will not compromise with the quality of work, timeline
& delivery as he promised during project walk through, in fact as token of
appreciation will pay additional amount if the work meets as expected for both the
websites.
