• Ensure that the operating system of your phone is updated to the latest version available
• Do not remove the security controls from the phone often called 'jail breaking' or 'rooting
• Be careful while granting access to various apps during installation
• Never give remote access of your device to persons whom you don’t know

• IPPB will never call you and ask your confidential account information, MPIN or OTP for the transaction
• IPPB will never call and ask you to install any app on your phone for assisting you
