Data Collection and Feasibility:

From a staff of 200, 40% manages the record stack for Mental Health Care
patients. THis results calculatively to amount to 80 individuals. Note Mr Kawal
does not use computes, all work is done by the physical means of human resource
personnels. However some questions were asked of Mr. Kawal and his board of
directors.

Head of the Board is Mr. Jakes, he was ask his opinion on the transition from
physical written produce storage to digitalization of such material. His response
was a go for the new era of things. When also asked what he thinks about safety,
he responded that threats are common and its a norm in the world we live in. His
responded that there is no such thing as 100% security, there will always be a way
to enter its just a matter of how intelligent and persistent the cyber criminal is. He
said if we don't go digital then the patients at Kawal Enterprises Mental Health
Care division will suffer, as a result our reputation for being the best in this field
will not be honoured, and the heart of what the mental wing is objective to with
be disgraced.

Three other board members brought up the issue and said it will be costly and its
a big investment and monies will have to be invested into staff for computer
literacy trainingat a server level. It was made clear to them it will cost, but in the
interim it will benefit the company and the dividens will be returned in large
amounts annually alleviating the present cost for a server to be built.

One such system is the Pharoh systems in the university of the west Indies in the
Library lab where students print and do research. This is the same exact setup
only two clients machine is used instead of a medium size lab.
It was mentioned to the board of directors that they will have to subscribe to a
quarterly maintainence fee to maintain the server, and there may be some down
time quartely, however seeing that its a very small server and is not on a big
scale, its primary function which is to access files, store and organize, down
time may be under 75 mins.

The weaknesses of this system is that there is only one machine, however to have
accessibility of information throughout the Health Center other PCs at different
stations can be implemented to house the digital records physically sent from the
admin client PC to the stations. It must be noted that these external client PCs
don't have the same level of security clearence as the two clients directly
connected to the server.

As can be seen above having client2 PC as Admin in a star topology configuration
information sent to the five station PCs must be filtered through admin, all
connections are Cat 5e grade cables twisted pair 1Gbps@100mhz, with
bandwidth of 350 MHz, 1000Base-T Ethernet.Note there are no Wifi cards or any
form of wifi interactivity. This also eliminates the fact should a problem arise
source is not from outside staff domain.

The weakness of this system is heavily based on the trust worthyness of staff,
hence its advised to carefully and meticulously select specific persons for
operating any pc especially the Server and Admin client 2 PC.

The manner in which this system is layed out is very sturdy and built for strong
hindrance to security breaches, one must come in physically to acess data from
the server.

Making a Server
1) Gather Server Parts, Intel based Items will be used due to a longer lifespan and
durability of products, with better cooling. Keep in mind that processor chips are
built to last approximately 100years, as long as its in its default settings and
functionality with proper cooling it runs well.

It must be noted as much as it is to collect data, the solution proposed is very
simple and little or almost no data is required save what has been gathered in the
interview with Mr. Kawal and his board members of the Mental Health Wing of
his Enterprise. The objective being achieved is creating a digital framework for Mr
Kawal in an analogue context. The system implementation is very secure the only
limitation for Mr. Kawal new digital rig is the trustworthiness of his staff. The
challenge to this implementation was that finding the right configuration to
ensure and preserve a analogue context for easy operability and usage of the
system implemented for Mr. Kawal's Staff.
