THE PAST

#Shows boy's table with....(tbd) on it and tilts slowly towards boy sleeping

-Its a spring morning, the sun hasn't yet rised yet, but its light has already
illuminated the room subtly. The birds are already chripping and the atmosphere is
sounds pleasent. A boy is sleeping peacefully in his bed in a gloomy lighted room.

Cam: Medium, Static, Top(Fr:Roof, Sub:Boy)

-Suddenly the alarm rings which wakes him up. He opens his still sleepy eyes. So he
rubs his eyes and tilts towards the alarm
clock? streches his hand towards the clock

Cam: Close, Following-Static, Horizontal(Parallel window angle)

-He reaches his hands to the clock and shuts it, and get up on his back and takes a
big yawn with his hands stretch up and feet stretch as well.

-The boy turns towards the window and a pleasent happiness fills his face.
He excited gets off his feet from bed, and put on his shoes.

-And walks towards the window excited still with his face eagerly facing towards
the window.

-He has a gentle smile and takes a breath before opening the curtains of window.

Cam: (Behind/A little above the shoulder) Dolly (towards outside the window)

-He opens the curtain, and views a beautiful morning. The sun gently rising, its
rays and warmth light falling over the neighbourhood, the birds chripping in the
trees, the squirrel looking for food in the trashbin, the wind is soothing, and a
newspaper boy that is cycling and throwing the newspaper to the doorsteps.

-The boy smiles and seems happy, excited for the day.
But suddenly the alarm clock starts ringing again, and the sound is different.
The boy suddenly realises something, and closes his eyes.

-A man is struggling to open his eyes for his dreamstate.


He opens his eyes after a little struggle.

-The man realise, where he is now. In a small rented room, in a building.


He is breathing is a little heavy, but he takes a big long breath and release it.
#Its already late morning, he can hear vehicles honking and running outside and the
alarm still ringing.

-He wakes up on his back, looking tired. Putting his feets to the ground he looks
at his room.

#The room is disorganised, and the room has a bit of dysotopian aesthetic to it.
-He looks at room and seems even more tired.

-And then look towards the window where he could see the busy city has started its
day already.

-He sighs, and then catches his eyes on his old now broken toy at the table.
He picks it up.

-He sits in the place feeling alone and struggling with life....
