Being Operations and Marketing Manager for WOW Project is proud under
Swanthana Seva Samithi Organisation, when I look back from where I came,
I brought up under low economic conditions under so many struggles still I
completed my education. I went to Job in Chennai, entered into corporate sector and
excel in top position in batch and came back to native place due to family
disturbance, still I wrote entrance test for Masters, got good rank and got seat in
JNTUK University Kakinada. Did masters in Computer aided design and
manufacturing. Then I got placed in manufacture sector but Pandemic changed my
life to do something for society and joined in NGO sector as volunteer and also to do
something personally and professionally. I got opportunity in an Organisation as a
developer for a health-based app which is used by rural and tribal population of
Andhra Pradesh. And I grow as operations and marketing manager in that
organisation. We designed a app which is audio visual in 3 languages so that people
who don’t have education can also use our technology to solve their issue. I found
Joy while I am travelling to tribal and rural parts of AP. Unknowingly in this time I
became socially concerned and my goals are changed. I want to support
underserved communities to have good health and education and hygiene. I want to
do in professional way of approach.

As an Operations and Marketing Manager my role is to Develop and maintained


relationships with government and private Organizations. Established positive and
effective communication among unit staff and organization leadership, reducing
miscommunications, and missed deadlines, introduced new methods, practices to
achieve more people, Travel in to interior parts to serve the underserved
communities. Need to report all the technical issues and to look after all the
operational things required for the people. To make sure people who use our
technology got the best service at free of cost at their convenient timings.
Working with the rural and tribes is always a challenging task who never use mobiles
and who don’t have networks properly, still we have to educate the team who is
working their and need to be with them for sufficient time to build the trust that we
are there for them. Instead of giving them money, we started to empower them by
enabling them to ask questions. We are successful in doing this. Working with this
sector makes me proud and respectful among my circle.

I know SPJIMR through one of my friends long back and I saw this organisation is
doing Lot more things. I fee privileged to apply for this role to enhance my skills and
to use them more powerful to lift the community. I not only want to skill up my career
but also to get more weightage that I studied in your esteemed organisation and to
Increase my knowledge in this sector. I believe education us the most importing thing
that no one can steal, when it is spread among the people, the knowledge will
increase, I follow and keep telling others the important of education and awareness.
