Preliminaries (National Anthem, Lapu-Lapu Hymn, Prayer)

Both: Good morning, Ladies and Gentlemen!

Jaykee: Today is a special day as we celebrate the richness of the English language through creativity,
expression, and talent! Before we officially start, let us show our respect and patriotism by standing for
the Philippine National Anthem, followed by the Lapu-Lapu Hymn. Please remain standing for our
opening prayer, as we seek guidance for today’s event."

(After the prayer)

Leicel:
"You may now be seated. Thank you, everyone!"

Leicel

"Good morning, once again. We are gathered here today to celebrate the beauty and power of the
English language. As we mark this special occasion, we reflect on the role of English as a global language
that connects us all, regardless of borders, backgrounds, or beliefs."

Jaykee: "This year’s theme, 'English as a Global Language: Bridging Cultures Connecting the World'
reminds us of the tremendous impact English has in uniting people across the world. It’s more than just
a language—it’s a bridge that fosters communication, understanding, and collaboration between diverse
cultures."

Leicel: "As we come together today to celebrate English, we also celebrate the richness of different
cultures, ideas, and perspectives that this language makes possible. English has become a powerful tool
for sharing knowledge, fostering creativity, and building relationships across countries."

Jaykee: "Throughout today’s celebration, we will witness the amazing talent, creativity, and hard work
of our students. From storytelling to poetry recitations, book character parades, and declamations, we
will see how the English language helps our young learners express themselves and connect with others
in ways that transcend barriers."

Leicel: "Let us embrace the spirit of this month-long celebration, where we not only hone our skills in
English but also honor its power to bridge cultures and create a more connected world."

Jaykee: Now, let’s get ready to enjoy a day filled with creativity, inspiration, and passion for the English

Leicel:
"To set the tone for this exciting celebration, let us welcome a very special person who has been a great
inspiration to all of us. She has been dedicated to fostering a love for learning and language. Let’s give a
big round of applause to our beloved and energetic school principal, Ma’am Anna Lisa Dinopol, who will
deliver our Welcome Address!"

Jaykee:"Thank you so much, Ma’am, for your warm and encouraging message! Truly, the English

Parade of Costumes (Book Characterization)

Leicel:"Now, it’s time to bring our favorite book characters to life! Today, our students have prepared
their most creative costumes, inspired by well-loved literary characters. From fairy tales to classic novels,
from heroes to villains—get ready to be amazed!"

Jaykee: Let’s give them a huge round of applause as they showcase their Book Characterization Parade!"

"First up, we have our talented Grade 1 pupils, ready to bring their favorite characters to life. Let’s give
them a huge round of applause as they take the stage!"

"Wow, what a fantastic start from our Grade 1 students! Again, Let’s give them another big round of
applause for bringing their characters to life so wonderfully.

Jaykee: "Next up, we have our Grade 2 pupils, ready to wow us with their costumes and creativity! Let’s
give them a warm welcome as they take the stage!"

Leicel: Now, it’s time for our Grade 3 performers to shine! They’ve prepared some amazing costumes,
and we can’t wait to see which characters they’ve chosen to portray!"

Jaykee: Let’s welcome the Preschool Department. Starting of with the Kinder 2.

A big round of applause for our Kinder 2 ! They were absolutely adorable, bringing their favorite
characters to life with so much energy!"

Leicel: "Now, "Let’s welcome the Nursery and Kinder 1! Get ready for another exciting round of book
characters brought to life!

Let’s give them another big round of applause for their amazing costumes!"

Jaykee:"Wow! That was absolutely fantastic! Every single participant looked absolutely incredible in their

heart and passion you put into your performances today."

Leicel: "Let’s all take a moment to appreciate the hard work of our John M. Hyland learners who have
truly outdone themselves! The pride in you, shines through, and we couldn’t be more proud of each and
every one of you. Let’s show our appreciation with an enormous round of applause for all our amazing
participants today!"

Introduction of Judges

Jaykee "Of course, no competition is complete without the expertise of our esteemed judges! Their role
today is crucial as they will evaluate our contestants fairly and carefully. It's time to introduce the
esteemed individuals who will be evaluating our talented participants today. Their expertise, fairness,
and keen eye for detail will ensure that every performance is carefully assessed."

Leicel: "To guide us through the introductions of our judges and the criteria for judging, let’s welcome
someone who needs no introduction— Ms. Keinth Archie Sanoy, a person whose passion for education
and fairness makes them the perfect individual to share this important information with us." "Please join
me in welcoming Teacher Kaye to the stage!"

Competitions Begin!

Jaykee: "And now, let’s get to the heart of our event—(Both)the competitions! Our young learners will
impress us with their storytelling, poetry, and powerful speeches. Let’s cheer for them and appreciate
their hard work!"

Jaykee: "That was such a delightful performance, Georgina!

Nursery Rhyme

young learners from the Preschool Department are ready to take the stage and charm us with their
adorable performances."

Leicel: "These little stars will be reciting some of the most beloved nursery rhymes, filled with fun,
rhythm, and catchy tunes. Their enthusiasm is sure to bring a smile to everyone’s face!" Let’s give a big
round of applause to all our Preschool students as they step forward and bring these rhymes to life!"

Jaykee: "First up, we have a talented student from K1—please welcome Miracle Zephania Lequigan!
