OBJECTIVE – Create a pivot table in MS Excel from the given table.

Step 5 - Under Choose where you want the PivotTable report to be placed,
select New worksheet to place the PivotTable in a new worksheet or Existing
worksheet and then select the location you want the PivotTable to appear.
Step 6 - Select OK .

WHOLE NUMBERS DATE TEXT LENGTH DECIMAL
Step- 3 Now type any value in between 1-99 data the data is showing in the cell and
if we choose the value greater than 99 then it shows the error in data validation.

OBJECTIVE – To perform the data validation criteria by date range in between 1
MAY 2023 – 10 MAY 2023 in MS Excel.
DATA VALIDATION CRITERIA BY -
WHOLE NUMBERS DATE TEXT LENGTH DECIMAL
Step- 3 Now type any date in between 1-10 MAY the data is showing in the cell and
if we choose any date after 10 th may then it shows the error in data validation
function.

OBJECTIVE – To perform the data validation criteria by text length in between 1 – 5
text length in MS Excel.
DATA VALIDATION CRITERIA BY -
WHOLE NUMBERS DATE TEXT LENGTH DECIMAL
Step 2- Select the date cell > Go to data tab > data validation > choose date in
allow and select Minimum text length & maximum text length (Here I am choosing
date range 1 – 5 text length) and click ok
Step- 3 Now type any date in between 1- 5 text length the data is showing in the cell
and if we choose any word greater than 5 text, then it shows the error in data
validation function.

OBJECTIVE – To perform the data validation criteria by decimal place value
between 10.50 – 20.50 for the given table in MS Excel.
DATA VALIDATION CRITERIA BY -
WHOLE NUMBERS DATE TEXT LENGTH DECIMAL
Step 2- Select the date cell > Go to data tab > data validation > choose decimal in
allow and select Minimum & maximum value (Here I am choosing decimal range in
between 10.50 – 20.50) and click ok
