LAB PROJECT

Project Instructions:
• Group of 05 (maximum) members is allowed.
• The code should have comments & must be readable.
• Submit a short project report along with the implementation.
• Deadline: Project Presentation with viva will be held during the 2nd last lab (24-
January-2024) of the semester.

About Project:
Select any module of a project of your choice (preferably a management system). Incorporate
the following in your project:
1. ERD representation.
2. Proper Integrity constraints on the schema.
3. Usage of Stored Procedures for every DML operation.
4. Creating required Users & granting them the privileges according to their Roles (as
per your project idea).
5. Usage of Views to provide the required data (as per your project idea) to the created
users.
6. Usage of DML Triggers (as per your project idea) for maintaining the integrity of the
information on the database.
7. Usage of Indexes.
8. DBA Roles and Responsibilities (as per your project idea):
i. DBA Policy, Standards, Procedure for Database Security and Database
Quality Management.
ii. DBA Roles and Responsibilities Matrix.
